We were initially put into a "lake view" room on the first floor that was half blocked by the building. They changed us to a much better room for the next day.

交通：就在Killerney國家森林公園裡面，不出酒店都可以到森林裏走走，吸吸氧氣。但肯定是需要自架去的，交通本來就不方便。
環境：一流！太喜歡了！雖然酒店很多年了，但翻新過後即保留了原有的古典味又注入了新的活力，每一處都體現細節，真的做得很好！
餐食：比外面吃的還好，而且更好吃、價格更公道。

The Lake Hotel was magnificent! We were a large group and they accommodated our request of being close which was wonderful! The hotel and grounds were lovely! Staff friendly and helpful.

Our waitress at dinner was rude and rushed us the whole meal. Our room was extremely loud to the point we could not sleep most of the night. There was watering running outside our window that we could hear inside. We could hear every footstep the people above us made. We could hear the wait staff in the bar talking & moving dishes until the wee hours of the night. There were children screaming that sounded like they were in our room for over an hour that started after 10pm. We asked for 3 breakfasts to go and were only given 2. We also noted there was a dairy allergy but were given a sandwich with butter & cheese as well as chips with cheese on them.

We had a 2 night stay. Property grounds were beautiful as pictured, however hotel is quite dated. No air in our room, just one small desk fan. It would have been just an expensive charming stay if we could have opened our windows to get fresh air and enjoy the view. However, tile work on pool prevented us from doing so due to dust and loud grinding noises. When it continued past 8 pm, we spoke to staff and was told there wasn't much they could do but they would ask them to be quieter. Pounding and noise continued until just before 10. This defeated the purpose of choosing a tranquil place to stay. We could have stayed in town for much less instead and had a better nights sleep. The only option offered was to move us to a cheaper room the following day for the same cost as a room with a view at 12 noon while we were out exploring (4 hrs away) If all goes well, this is a nice stay. However, if there are any issues do not expect management to offer any fair solutions.

We arrived I the early afternoon, rooms were ready for us at roughly 2:00pm. We went and sat on the back outside tables that overlook the lake. Had numberous beers and drinks and enjoyed the scenery and lake views.
