Lots of options on the late night menu one of the best places in Kyiv really enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness centre .

Viaggio spesso per lavoro e soggiorno in hotel di alta qualità. Sfortunatamente, all'Hyatt di Kiev, ho visto qualcosa che un cliente non si aspetta di vedere non solo in un hotel 5 *, ma anche in qualsiasi hotel che non si consideri un bug (in senso letterale). Nel bagno mi aspettava un cadavere di scarafaggio nella doccia, che, come si può’ immaginare, ha causato quasi conati di vomito. Ma il colpo "finale" era un insetto rinsecchito che è caduto dalla vestaglia appesa in bagno. Non so come questo possa essere stato permesso e cosa stia facendo l'hotel per combattere gli insetti, ma dopo quello che ho visto, non vorrò più stare in questo hotel o in altri hotel della catena Hyatt per molto tempo. Я часто путешествую по работе и останавливаюсь в отелях высокого уровня. К сожалению в Хайятте в Киеве я увидел такое, чего клиент не ожидает увидеть не только в 5*, но и в любом отеле, который не считает себя клоповником (в прямом смысле). В ванной меня ждал труп таракана на полу, что, сами можете представить, вызвало практически рвотные рефлексы. Но «контрольным» выстрелом оказалась дохлая моль, выпавшая из заботливо сложенного халата. Я не знаю, как такое возможно было допустить и что отель предпринимает для борьбы с насекомыми, но после увиденного я долго ещё не захочу останавливаться ни в этом отеле, ни в других отелях сети Хайятт.

Stayed 2 nights while on business. The hotel and staff are top notch. Given the country is at war, they do a wonderful job and despite air raid warning you wouldn't know you were in a war zone. The location is perfect and central to all the city has to offer. What I liked: 1. Service was good 2. Room was comfortable with a mini fridge and kettle 3. Bed was comfortable 4. Wifi consistent 5. View from room was beautiful 6. Have their own air raid shelter designed for extended stays-- unfortunately. 7. Great breakfast What i did not like. Nothing. Everything was in order and the spirits of everyone I met was good. Would recommend and stay again.

Very good and confortable hotel but with a bad restaurant service. I really don't recommend the restaurant; the staff it´s from a 2 star hotel, not a five star. The rooms are wonderful, I really enjoy the stay.

The hotel facilities are first-rate. Recently redecorated rooms, excellent food (and wonderful views of city from indoor/outdoor restaurant on 8th floor), and pleasant and helpful staff all with good English. But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. If one's business takes one to Kyiv before the war ends, there is no better or safer place to stay,

Overall stay in the hotel was excellent, especially taking into consideration current war situation. Only small detail to be improved: TV in the room didn't want to react to wireless connection of notebook

The Hyatt has a magnificent entrance and location. At the time I was there the restaurant services were reduced due to the situation. The room I was offered was in the back of the building overlooking the A/C engines, which was not pleasant. I imagine the view is much better in the front where you can admire the central square and the churches. The swimming pool is very nice albeit the jacuzzi chlorine levels were too high for my eyes. The rooms could use some renovation.

The hotel was high end with professional staff. The room was large, clean and well presented. The ground floor bar was good although service was slow. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The "room service" takeaway less so and well over priced. Great city centre location

Very good hotel. Staff are very accommodating and the standard king size room was clean and a good size. Breakfast options are good with a mix of continental, fruit and cereal, cakes and cooked breakfast. I absolutely cannot fault the food here, I tried a lot of dishes both for lunch and dinner and all of them were excellent. Unfortunately the service in the main restaurant (separate review) was a bit hit and miss. Location is perfect, right next to St Sophia’s cathedral and within walking distance to most tourist sites.
