It was fantastic stay , fabulous atmosphere marvelous staffs they're greeting and smiling all time which made our stay is very comfortable highly cooperatives and helpful wonderful atmosphere professionals management very clean hotel very delicious food

The food and everything is good service is amazing. Just wanted to give a suggestion to keep the dental kit at the room. Sudish is really good in his job. Thankyou for the service. Would like to recommend to come here and have a goodtime. It's a good place to hangout.

Nicely located close to Aviation and airport, terminal and offices.very professional free transport to/from hotel, even to Avenues Mall. Staff helful and polite, good food at reasonable prices. Clean and laundry service is same day , top quality. Finally i like to recommend our restaurant hostess Rayanna for her support and care , and professionl welcoming smile.

Excellent hotel and super friendly staff. It was a short stay but very memorable. I truly wish I had more days to enjoy all the restaurants and facilities.

This is an excellent hotel in a vicinity of Kuwait International Airport. It has outdoor and indoor pool, gym and eight restaurants as well as some shops. Crowne Plaza Hotel is in the same building.

This holiday inn is much greater than any other Holiday inn. Great free shuttle bus(They use GMC Yukon) was great.. Widely open lobby. Food is also quite good

I love staying here ! I always feel Like I am being pampered . The staff always go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are so friendly. I especially enjoy the breakfast ; it’s amazing the food is delicious . I look forward to seeing Thomas, a staff member here . He has the friendliest smile and is so accommodating. He always makes sure I have my favorite coffee and knows exactly what I like for breakfast . I highly recommend this luxurious hotel !

The customer service was amazing. They accommodated our late check in and even later check out. Anything asked of room service was always delivered in a timely manner.

The house keeping person Sardar does a great job cleaning the room, is always polite and helpful. He asks before moving things and if there is anything additional that you want him to do. Keep up the good work Sardar.
