I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints! The lobby is spacious and beautiful. The staff are ALL friendly and always ready to assist you. The fitness center is giant, and the pool is great. Room service is brought/taken quickly to the room and laundry is always done and returned within a day. Rooms are modern and clean. A must stay if you’re in Kuwait.

The Holiday Inns in the Gulf are very high quality. This one is large and with superb facilities. The rooms were very good. There is a very nice atrium lobby with an espresso cafe and there are five restaurants catering for different cuisines.

It was an absolute delight to work with Mr. Leo and the team at Kuwait 2025, Cysec Global at Crowne Plaza, Al Baraka Ballroom. The ballroom was truly stunning and we felt privileged to host our debut event there. Our stay in the hotel rooms was fantastic, and the Iranian cuisine was the cherry on top of a perfect trip. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were always so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Chanaka for his tireless help and support on the set up day. We are truly grateful for the joy, happiness, and hard work from everyone involved. We can't wait to come back for an even bigger event in the future. Very good service overall, for the purpose I am in kuwait the location of the hotel is the best. As it takes not more than 10 min to Kuwait international airport. The restaurant choices available and the fabulous gym adds more to the luxuries of the hotel. Thank’s to Chef Jaypee

I am travelling alot because of my work as I work as a pilot and holiday Inn soo far is one of my best places , specially because of the very helpful staff special thanks to Ms Tala she was wonderful as usual ...... highly recommended out of my personal experience
