Accueil très chaleureux. Hôtel a 20 minute à pieds du front de mer et des tour icônes nique de kuweit. Personnel très arrangeant, late check out, navette aéroport, conciergerie pour les bagages.

Molto piacevole ricevimento e flessibile Check-in / Check-out. Quanto alla pulizia, non c'è niente di importante da menzionare. Tutto il top come si aspetta da un hotel a cinque stelle e anche dal prezzo giustificato.

Had to laugh at last review as I too had room 603B. I was stranded at the airport at 2am but had a tourist visa so could leave. Had 26 hours so called here and agreed €100 for 3am - midnight next night aka 2 nights really. First off, staff werr excellent. Second, breakfast was basic but unique. Third, location is outside the city. To get to City (cheaply) walk to Crowne Plaza 20 min away. Across from overpass get bus 13 (€0.75 / 0.25 KWD). Kuwait itself isn't too dynamic - no tourists fo here so don't expect much. I got the odd funny look as I stood out as a white man strolling about. Taxi to airport 5 KWD but I think on meter this is 2 KWD !!!

I had an amazing time at the Noor spa. It’s a clean and new and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. My masseuse was Nim and she understood my concerns very well and helped me get the best experience. And the spa attendant Nisha was also very helpful and took care of my every need.

Veramente superlativo. Poco o nulla da vedere da quelle parti se non il magnifico mall annesso all’albergo e stare in albergo. Servizio senza passi falsi e servizi decisamente all’altezza delle aspettative. Cucina ottima al ristorante mediterraneo

I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

The hotel is new but the amenities should be increased. No Restuarent or breakfast facility  The bathroom drainage system is very poor

Il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto, la posizione geografica è anche molto buona. Quando si scende ad alta velocità, è molto conveniente.
