The location is good, not far from airport. The balcony is shared(open to outside). However the sound proof is poor that I heard noise from others at night.

Free bottled water was supplied on arrival and there was a very large outdoor tv screen at the pool showing sports events and a Starbucks counter in the breakfast area that was open every morning also a laundry that was 8 x 25 cent coins per wash and also 8 x 25 cents to tumble dry, the washing capsule and tumble dryer sheet are supplied free at reception

Bed mattresses need to be rotated-flipped. Sinkholes (what I call it when there's a deep groove where someone has slept a long time) in the mattresses make them uncomfortable and then when you try to roll onto your side, it's like trying to roll uphill. Need better disabled access around the property. Can't get from rooms to the main lobby/cafeteria without having to go to the front of the property, and then all the way over and up the ramp. Staff was nice. Service was great. Otherwise, a very good stay.

Love the water view at the back to relax 👍👍👍I think housekeeping didn’t check that the mini coffee maker is missing part so we didn’t have early coffee while getting ready 😌

The staff was very nice and tried to help with any concerns. We enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool and Jeff the bartender had great food recommendations for us.
