The Jephson Hotel, by BW Signature Collection was originally created in the early 1920s from three 19th century Victorian mansions, retaining the grace and character of the Victorian era. Just five minutes from Leamington town centre, and Warwick Castle and Shakespeares Stratford-upon-Avon within easy travelling distance. The Jephson Hotel, by BW Signature Collection is working its way back to former glory and has recently completed an extensive refurbishment following change of ownership in March 2019. The executive rooms have been sympathetically restored whilst providing the modern amenities and levels of comfort expected by today’s business and leisure traveller.
Three function and meeting rooms are available for various types of events and whilst the hotel is within just a 15-minute walk of Leamington train station with direct links to London and Birmingham, there is also an on-site bar and restaurant, serving simple, unfussy food.
The Jephson Hotel, by BW Signature Collection benefits from two on-site car parks - one at the front which is the Warwick New Road entrance and one at the rear, the Warwick Place entrance, including two parking bays designated for disabled badge holders. Food very good and service was good, made up for the out dated buildings interior and exterior .
Paid to upgrade our room, but sadly it was nothing special, soap dispensers did not work.

-Quality of mattress
-Dusty, shower tray not completely clean, windows not clean
-Chunks missing from walls
-Bathroom door would not close

Appropriate for the purpose of overnight travel accommodation. Stayed in a single room that would not fit more than a single in there so that’s fine. The bed/pillows were not good, incredibly lumpy and flat. It was very warm in there also. Bathroom radiator on all the time. Its location was great, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good. Lovely service all round. Just that room and bedding, felt quite isolating where it was, and size of it made it seem worse.

A lovely spacious hotel, clean, nice staff and an excellent breakfast, will definitely be using the Jephson hotel again.

The room size was so small with no heating. I checked in at night around 11pm and had to leave early mornign, so had no time to even complain. Moreover the reception was miles away from the room

Clean, comfortable room. The very small table in the room was not suitable for work though - not enough space for a laptop and the mirrored surface prevented a mouse from working.

Great values, spacious room, friendly and something staff. Can’t ask for more that that.
The door to my room wasn’t locking when I got there, but the start sorted that out. And the room was plenty toasty.
