很喜歡酒店位置，在大埃及博物館對面。環境優美。房間比市中心的大好多，衞浴水大，好。
早餐也還好。

整個酒店還是個半成品 餐廳在施工 泳池也在施工 從酒店出去之後基本就是荒地 隔音巨差無比 早上還能聽到裝修的聲音 入住還要過安檢 但是工作人員態度都挺好的

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti qui, albergo un po’ datato necessita di interventi e pulizia non molto accurata. La prima camera assegnataci era sporca e vecchia e pur essendo arrivate alle 4 di Mattina abbiamo preteso che ci fosse cambiata( molto, molto sporca) la nuova camera bella e spaziosa. 2 cose sono ben organizzate: 1) la piscina enorme pulitissima 2) l’ottimo servizio Taxi/Privato Taxi disponibile alle reception. Vi aiutano ad organizzare ogni trasferimento in città e ti danno ottimi consigli su cosa visitare. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro. Colazione buona ma servizio da rivedere. Tavoli lasciati sporchi senza attenzione al riordino. Ritornerò fiduciosa che saranno migliorate le cose.

L’albergo si trova vicino al nuovo museo GEM e alle piramidi che però richiedono un passaggio in macchina per essere raggiunti. Se non avete prenotato un tour, potete organizzare i trasporti con l’ottimo servizio taxi dell’hotel, affidabile e non costoso. La confusione del Cairo è lontana e l’hotel molto tranquillo. Molto bella la hall e la piscina. Ci sono camere ammodernate e altre con mobili vecchi. Molte hanno la moquette. La pulizia è generalmente buona. Il personale dell’hotel è molto cortese. I ristoranti buoni ma non tipici egiziani. Purtroppo nelle aree comuni è consentito fumare. In ogni caso una piacevole e rilassante esperienza.

Resort spettacolare a Giza, camere enormi, piscina stupenda, breakfast internazionale e vario, ma sopratutto personale super friendly, accogliente e professionale. Un ringraziamento al concierge diurno di cui non ricordo il nome, ma sopratutto a Amira Emad e Mahmoud Soudii, che ci hanno aiutato con un compleanno e sono stati carinissimi. Thank you guys! ❤️

Albergo prenotato per noi da Logitravel. Pulizia pessima sia della stanza che delle aree comuni. Lenzuola macchiate. Aria condizionata non funzionante in camera.(agosto in Egitto). Colazione di pessima qualità. Manutenzione inesistente. Stare alla larga. Bettola.

5 .. For the Atmosphere, care and staff. The Way I am seen is with such embrace and sheer kindness. The rooms get made up everyday, the pool is very clean, there’s a variety of restaurant to choose from. The Il Duomo bar staff are one of my favorite as they make me feel so special, they know when I turn up what drink I like. • Youssef - is a young determined and inspiring young man who is the one who encouraged me to leave a review. Sherif the concierge was so good to me and helped me out so much with many different things that I needed. Definitely the best member of staff there. Very kind, very considerate and very helpful. Everyone else there was great too, beautiful hotel. I stayed in room 400, so think I was in one of the older rooms, but nice, nonetheless. The rooms could do with some work, and the air-conditioning needs to be sorted and fixed to work properly. The pool is gorgeous, and the hotel surroundings is stunning. Very clean hotel, they take pride in that. I've no complaints in general.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The hotel had renovations going on while we was there by the side of the pool, but that was the only downside. The rooms was spacious and the 2 bathrooms was great with having the kids sleeping downstairs and us on the upper floor. The buffet at breakfast was good and again the staff were attentive and very friendly. The best thing about the stay was the tour of Saqqara and Giza pyramids ran by Hamza. He was a fantastic tour guide who from the start was fully engaged with history and also making it fun with the kids. The communication from booking to dropping us off after the tour was first class. The car was immaculate and had its own driver so Hamza could talk to us whilst travelling to the sites to give us all the info and history en route. We stopped for some lunch during the tour which again was amazing and also a few local stores if that is what you want. All in all we were pleased with the hotel but loved the tour from Hamza and would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to organise a trip through the hotel.
