I chose this property due to the close proximity to the airport. The front desk staff was helpful and check-in was quick. The bed was clean and made-up nicely, I could definitely tell sheets and bedding had been washed. The bathroom was a little dingy and outdated but not overly dirty. My only negative was the carpet in the room. I kept my shoes on the whole time (unless I was sleeping) as there was a film on the carpet that made my feet feel dirty.

Hotel was conveniently near airport and great affordable food options. Room was clean, spacious and cozy. I recommend booking.

No hot water in room. We were immediately taken care of and given another room. Very friendly staff.

How unfortunate that this is a Choice hotel! The renovations are great but the customer service is terrible! They only have ONE… yes ONE luggage cart and I requested a late check out… Desk Rep: The best we can do is 11:30 AM…
We have gotten at least a 1 PM checkout at all other Choice hotels in Texas. It’s unfortunate that money is being spent on renovations to “look like” a Choice hotel, but nothing else about this hotel reflects a “Choice experience”.

The staff (Isis) amazing! The walls around the trash can in the room need to be wiped down, but for the price, the location and staff made up for it.

Our room was clean, fresh, no odors. Bed was comfortable with several fluffy pillows.Bathroom was nice and stylish.

The Bad: parking was weird and hard to find a spot bc a bus took over several spaces. Back door of hotel never recognized our keys. The rooms were clean, but a hair was in the shower. The great: beds were very comfortable, it was silent in the hotel, everything worked from all outlets to lights and hot water. Staff was quick and friendly. Lobby was spotless. Would definitely stay again.
