Aybel Inn Hotel

When I originally booked this holiday, Love Holidays had described it as an All Inclusive, 4 Star, Beach Front Hotel. What's not to like I hear you say. Well, were it not for the fact that it was definitely not 4 Star (since downgraded to a generous 3 Stars), half a mile from the beach and full board, not all inclusive, I'd agree. Love Holidays should hang their heads in shame with their deliberately misleading descriptions. Accepted, this was a cheap holiday, but if you come away feeling conned because it wasn't as described, surely Love Holidays should learn from this. We've had worse food and worse rooms over the years, but this is the first holiday in which we felt we'd been had over. Not a good look for you Love Holidays.

This hotel is a 2* star full board, not 3* all inclusive as advertised, soft drinks include only coke and lemonade when they haven't run out, fruit juices are watered down, food is appalling, no alcohol included, guests get their drinks from supermarket close to hotel, so some guests were drunk and rowdy round pool area day and night most days, a lot of foul language used by guests, rooms weren't very clean, mold in shower, also leaked all over floor, outside areas dangerous, lots of trip hazards Sun loungers were dangerous, some guests had accidents with them, all in all not a nice hotel, will definitely not be going again, love holidays need to get there act together when advertising this dump, avoid at all costs

rats in the room dirty sheet no toilet seat refused new sheets and toilet roll as they say hasn’t been 3 days and also they refused to enter room to get the rats out 3 cats got them out had to argue to change rooms never booking with these again love holiday lied wouldn’t even rate it a one star staff are also rude

Sheets, towels, toilets rolls had to keep asking for.Food was very poor,Sun beds were in very poor condition kept breaking, Staff needed to be trained better. When you look at the photos in the brochure are nothing like what you get, and the beach where is it?. As for 4 stars you got to be joking. The Noise and the police were called so often the hotel next door even complained about the Noise. We had 1 night in 14 that we got some sleep that was the 26 Sept.It was the worst holiday that we ever have in Turkey

Firstly, I've rated this all inclusive based on what I wanted from it and my individual standards. Which was a cheap location, near activties, with decent food and a place to comfortably sleep. Being young the price of this all inclusive for what you get is incredible. I don't drink myself so no alcohol wasn't a issue. Managed to get out and do a lot of activties which I highly recommend you do! Some amazing beaches and water based trips available. So only really spending a couple of hours in the morning and evening most days. Also due to a travel vehicle breaking down had to use the hotel more then planned yet it still provided comfort. The food was very good, surprised us but was so tasty. Yes, if you're picky, will be harder to find but definitely a good amount of options. The bad reviews personally come from misunderstanding and very high expectations from a place that isn't trying to be that. The rooms are relatively outdated, the facilities are basic yet pleasant. The staff work so hard and made us feel very comfortable. They do need to clean the rooms more often but as long as you keep it clean yourself (I know not required but this place works perfectly with some sacrifice) for the value for money I can't complain. If you're planning on spending a lot of time at the all inclusive I wouldn't suggest it or if you have high expectations. BUT if you're looking to be able to travel to Turkey and get out and about to actually see and explore (what traveling is about) then this as a base place is 5*. Again not for everyone but for myself it was just what I was looking for. A risk that paid off and made it a memorable trip. Thank you to the staff who put the effort in to make the place enjoyable.

Cold water in a morning, service terrible, beds very old and bad, room cleaning every 3days, breakfast very limited, avoid Loveholidays sold it as 4* all inclusive, it turned out it’s 3* , when I asked loveholiday to solve this, they told me they can’t help me, that we have same conversation in circles, I am very disappointed by loveholidays, they let me down
