The food was really disgusting, especially the breakfast and snacks on the bar. Also stuff wasn’t very friendly.
But location is very convenient, 2 min walk to the beach and room was also comfortable enough.
Because of window fronts of the road it was a bit noisy but not critical.

The hotel does not have a luggage room, after check-out, things are placed in the lobby. Anyone can come and leave with a suitcase that is not theirs. This is how my jacket was stolen. I do not recommend this hotel because you may lose your things. The hotel does not respond to emails.

My friends and I stayed a couple of days in the Viking Park hotel in October. Although already a bit off the season, I had a wonderful time with my friends there! The rooms were clean, the food was good and varied, but the best part of all was the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and fun! Special thanks to DJ Ferid, who kept us entertained every night and never disappointed with his music selection! I also highly recommend the spa facilities, managed by Mustafa, who went to great lengths to adjust to our schedule so we could make the most of our time. Not to mention, the masseuses were excellent and very professional. I hope to come back there once again!

I wish they had international tv channels specially for children since wi -Fi is not free at the room. need improvement in house keeping( they clean late after noon ) and costumer care . Food is very good and healthy, enjoyable atmosphere ...

We stayed here for 7 nights. Room was clean and had great air conditioning. Our beds were super comfortable, did ask for extra pillows which wasn't a problem. Lots of plug sockets which is helpful, T.V but only local channels. Spa facilities are recommended massages and treatments cost, but we haggled the price down. Sauna and steam room free. Staff friendly and helpful although not many spoke or understood English. Location was good. You can hop the number 1 bus into Kemer from across the road, 1 euro each. ( Tip) you pay the driver when you get off as apposed to when you get on. Kemer is great for shopping beaches, restaurants and lovely views. Pool is really nice plenty of sunbeds and no need for the towel race ever, always spare around to choose from. Couple of water slides which was fun for all ages. Now to the disappointing stuff. Front of hotel is hard to spot at first as it's on a street with rows of shops either side. The food doesn't cater for the British, so no full English breakfasts I'm afraid, not a baked bean or fried egg in sight 😒 Don't get me wrong there is alot of food and choice but its not hot ( we used the microwave to heat what we did eat) not appetising and repetitive. They use the left overs from the day/ night before alot. The bread is the nicest thing I ate. Drinks for all inclusive are good, coffee machine available in main building or pool bar same with fizzy and alcoholic drinks. Overall we enjoyed our stay, unfortunately the food and lack of communication for British means I wouldn't go back. Kemer yes Viking hotels no.

Spent 4 days here just to relax after 2 nights in Istanbul and 2 nights in Cappadocia.. Overall I would rate this hotels 4 stars and not 5 stars due to the buffet items.... Pool and location was great set behind the mountains. Beach is not hotel located so you will have to walk between 5 and 10 minutes just to get to the beach( viking hotel has an allocated section which you'll find on Google maps). The food was very mediocre.. would've been great for an omelette station at breakfast and lunch n evening meal options weren't all that tbh... the spa and massage was great and a bonus... overall I enjoyed it...

The staff is great and very friendly. The food is good and there is plenty of variety. Ideal for families. The room was for 3 person and it was nice clean and spacious with a beautiful view at the mountains. The pool was although not too big, it was always clean and clear.

Rooms were ok...spacious and pretty clean...though a few limescale marks in the shower were there for the duration. Food was ok but began to get very repetitive. Same salads that were for lunch was brought back out for dinner. Sometimes only option was the pasta...the little bread table is great , although guests cut their own bread from loafs...how many hands have been on that bread? Dips and spreads...ie hummus were nice, nothing really around the hotel in the way of bars or restaurants, so it was take it or leave it in the hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were great, but the biggest disappointment...bar closed at 11pm...which for a holiday resort is ridiculous! We ordered 2 cocktails at 10.30 and caused a major panic with bar staff...making phone calls to other bar to come tell them what to do, took nearly 30 mins to get the two cocktails...and 4 people to make them. Several people were coming back to hotel every night from walking and told sorry...bar closed...again ridiculous. Took a walk to the beach....grit and stones, packed in like sardines...never went there again..horrible. Hotel didn't cater to UK visitors ..mainly Russian. Entertainment poor apart from the once a week gala night. Would I come back again?....no....not if looking for good food and a decent choice of bars or restaurants outside the hotel.

The service is excellent this hotel is very good for families the food is okay but we spent most of our days out we had some meals in the hotel which was okay it’s close to all the shops and lots of activities nearby the hotel is very clean staff are always helpful the spa is very good and plenty of car parking by the hotel
