!NOT RECOMMENDED! We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. Cons: -Upon arrival after a long trip, we were immediately approached by three different staff members promoting spa massages, which felt overwhelming and intrusive. -No bath towels were provided in the room. -Our balcony faced a wall, offering no view at all — quite disappointing. -We were not given wristbands during check-in, which led to an uncomfortable situation with a beach staff member who treated us rudely, as if we didn’t belong. -We noticed poor hygiene practices: staff handling silverware, glasses, and ice cubes with bare hands. -The beach was overcrowded, with sunbeds always taken, many of which were left unattended with towels on them. -The amphitheater for the evening show was too small, and it was hard to find a seat. -Evening entertainment was average — I'd rate it 3 out of 5. -Food quality needs serious improvement. The same dishes were served daily for lunch and dinner. By the second day, we honestly couldn’t eat the same meals anymore. Pros +: +Guest Relations Team was excellent. Very professional and attentive — some of the best service we've experienced in a hotel. +We received welcome amenities and a complimentary à la carte Italian dinner as service recovery — though unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t meet expectations and cannot be considered "Italian." +Special thanks to Cem at reception for a warm welcome and professional attitude. +Shish tawook at the snack lounge was very tasty. +The sea was beautiful, but of course, that’s nature, not the hotel. *** Хочу сказать, если вы когда либо отдыхали в 5* гостинице, и у вас есть определение ожидания от отдыха то вам точно не сюда! Сразу предупреждаю, что оно того не стоит! Не тратьте время и деньги. Мое счастье, что я забронировала всего на 4 ночи и потом переехала в другую гостиницу в центре Кемера! Это было идеальное решение.
