DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

We had a great time in this hotel. We booked a one week all inclusive stay in April and were not disappointed. With 2 kids, we chose a duplex family style room. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and roomy and beds were comfortable. The main restaurant offered plenty of variety and tasty food during extended hours on a daily basis and everybody can find something to their liking. The typical heavy and very sweet desert were not as much our thing, and the various pies and cakes were rather industrial but still, there were plenty of other choices. Our kids loved the freshly made pizza's. There are also plenty of choices in terms of meats and vegetables. All drinks were included too, whether in the restaurant, at the bar or the Starbucks like locations within the hotel that were open pretty much all the time. The weather was not all that great in April and a bit on the cold side, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor pool (which has nice slides by the way), but still we enjoyed the indoor pool with the kids. The private beach front is also very nice with plenty of beds and umbrellas, although I can image this gets really busy during sunnier and warmer days. There were other paying restaurants within the hotel but honestly, we did not feel the need to go there. We also enjoyed the evening activities with live music in the hotel lobby while finishing the day with a cocktail or coffee. There isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We took walks to the center of Kemer (about a 20 minute walk) but here also, not that much to do other than some shops that sell your typical copies of branded T-shirts and perfumes. Finally, we had very good experiences with the hotel personnel. They were always very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, and once again we are absolutely delighted with our choice. The service here is excellent, and the staff are simply amazing — always friendly, smiling, and ready to help in any situation. Thanks to their warmth and hospitality, we truly feel at home. The hotel has a wonderful location and a very convenient, compact layout where everything is close at hand. Another big advantage is the WhatsApp assistant: we always receive all the necessary information quickly and easily. We would also like to give special thanks to Emilia, who gave us a very warm and hospitable welcome and assisted us throughout our stay via WhatsApp. She was always helpful and supportive, and we are very grateful to her for that. The evening shows are simply magical and unforgettable! Every performance is bright, full of energy, and gives maximum enjoyment — a real highlight of our holiday. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again!

Had a fabulous 11nights stay at this lovely hotel. I love Hilton, I always seem to stay with there chain, you can never go wrong ! I expected it to be absolutely madness with it being the holidays, it was the total opposite! So peaceful, majority of the kids were in the clubs all day. The staff were fabulous, big shout out to the gorgeous lady at the outside coffee shop, she made me the best caramel Ice coffee lattes, I was obsessed ! The staff at the Ibiza bar were awful, they’re so rude and if you weren’t English, one girl would always serve you last. The bar is full of wasps and the fist day I stood back from them, she had a little something to say with her colleagues thinking I was daft & didn’t get onto her. She was so rude to me the whole of the holiday, i actually felt sorry for her, her energy was disgusting ! Rooms were clean, I had a problem locking my patios, I called reception on 2 occasions but this was never fixed, I literally nearly took my nails off & I was anxious that I had to leave it open while I slept and out of a day. Food was gorgeous except the deserts, they wasn’t good at all. Ice cream shop was good, would have loved it if they had ice cream in the Buffett of an evening. I had to get up early to get a bed but it wasn’t manic, there were free beds at 10-11am so no panic. The beach was lovely but it isn’t sand it’s pebbles but the sea was gorgeous! The shows of an evening could do with a serious upgrade, I walked out the majority of them. There’s only 1 pool too and a small indoor, but the pool is chilled, lovely atmosphere, there want nothing on for the kids though at the pool, just a little water go carting. The slides are fab, only a few but my lad loved them. Overall I would go back to this hotel, and I’d recommend it too. I did really enjoy myself even after the cons. We stayed for 7 days during the first week of August — 2 adults and our 7-year-old child. It was our second stay, and we were absolutely delighted. It felt like a true gastronomy show! Not only was there an incredible variety of food offered, but everything was also exceptionally delicious. The quality of the alcoholic drinks and the cocktails was outstanding.The staff were amazing — attentive, friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about their work. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra from the housekeeping department, Mr. Sefa from F&D, Ms. Fikriye, Ms. Melisa, and Ms. Nilsu from the Kids Club, and Mr. Ferhat who welcomed us at check-in and kept us informed throughout our stay. A big thank you also to Ms. Sultan, responsible for common area cleaning, who always greeted us warmly and shared her positive energy, and to Mr. Metin, the Room Divisions Manager, who personally prepared incredible service for the guests. We are also grateful to the entire team whose names I can’t remind but who performed their duties perfectly. The Kids Club offers children the chance to spend the day in a high-quality environment with valuable activities. From workshops to fun events, everything is thoughtfully planned and brings joy to the kids. Evening entertainment is highly professional, engaging, and far from ordinary. Just as the days by the sea, sand, and sun were perfect, the evening programs helped end each day beautifully. Pool activities are also managed by professional staff. The sea is clear — we never had any problem finding sunbeds. By the pool, staff on roller skates regularly come around asking if you’d like something to drink. There are various food and beverage stations in different parts of the hotel, so there’s always something to enjoy. The massage and foam bath we received at the spa center were wonderful. We truly hope to stay here again in the coming years.

We recently stayed here for 10 nights with our daughters (15 and 13). It was, without doubt, the best hotel we have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent. Greeting us in the reception area with a cookie and offer of a drink whilst they took our passports and checked us in as we relaxed in the lobby bar. Their team were excellent throughout - the service round the pool and in the restaurants was amazing. The highlight - the chalets at the end of the pier. We hired one twice during the ten day visit and it was well worth the money - again the service was excellent and the cold tub was worth the money on its own in 35 degree heat! As we arrived they added us to a WhatsApp channel that we could use to contact the guest services team (Kardelen and Seren Can) - who were brilliant. We messaged a number of times and received a helpful reply with 10 minutes. One of my daughters had to go to the hospital during our stay (nothing too serious) the hotel has a nurse onsite who we saw within 10 minutes of messaging the guest services team - she advised it would be best for a doctor to triage, the hotel arranged for the hospital to send a car, we were back within an hour with medication in hand - couldn’t have been better service. We ate at the Italian a la carte restaurant one night - the food was excellent, well worth the 30 euros per head supplement.
