Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer

This was my first time at the hotel this summer . The hotel is situated in the area of kris which is 10 mins away from the central of kemer. On arrival to the hotel, you can immediately see how much effort has been put into the renovation of the hotel. The reception area is stunning . Check in was very easy and there are drinks on arrival . Cases were taken to our room and a late night buffet is available at the Swan restaurant. We had a swim up room which are located just behind the main pools of the hotel. The room was stunning and very clean, but the whole hotel is absolutely immaculate when it comes to been clean , in every single area . The room was cleaned every day to a high standard of fresh towels every day and clean bedding. There are soaps tooth brushes tooth paste shampoo and conditior in the bathroom. The fridge is replenced every day with soft drinks fanta sprite coke juice and water and snacks. The heart of the hotel is based around the 2 main pools and the single child's pool . The hotel was at full capacity when we're there and there was plenty of sunbeds. There are activity's that go on at the pool during the day and music is played around the pool . In my opinion the pools look bigger then the pictures, so there is plenty of room to swim . There are 2 bars located around the pool . They do not have waiter service but there are no long ques at the bars either. The most time I ever waited for a drink was 5 mins . The drinks offered are all branded . There is a charge for some of the branded drinks , but you can still get branded gin vodka whiskey, cocktails in the inclusive package . To the left of of the pools is the main evening entertainment area . The area is huge with a main stage and a smaller stage . The stage is one of the best, I have seen . There is normally a show on at 9pm then live music on until 12. . There are 5 bars located around the area , again all with branded drinks. The entertainment is yet again one of the best I have ever seen. You will not be bored of a evening when it's comes to entertainment. There is also a night club and a open air night club. The open air night club has an amazing party atmosphere, with dancers and a live d.J . Children can go into this club, but are not allowed into the late evening night club that stays open until 2.30. The beach and pier is about a 5 mins walk from the pool area . The beach is a sand single mix and there are small pebbles to enter the sea, but the sea is crystal clear . You can enter the sea by the pier . There is a beach bar and a bar on the pier . All branded drinks again . The pier is a huge and can get busy, but we always found a sunbed. The cabanas are beautiful, and are worth getting if it's a hot day as they can provide shade also . There is a water at the cabana and drinks and food will be brought to you. There is one main restaurant, the swan where you can get breakfast , lunch and dinner . Late breakfast is also available which is located

Just returned from a week at the Swandor Kemer, all in all we had a great week. The hotel is modern & well dressed. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy, plenty of wardrobe space, mini bar which is refreshed daily with the basic soft drinks & linens and toiletries available. The drinks are of great quality with branded spirits on offer, the patisserie is a great addition to the hotel open from around 2.30pm serving excellent quality patisseries & barista made coffee along with ice-creams. The main restaurant has a massive selection of foods for each service, even the pickiest of eater would be fine. The coffee machines are a bit of a let down, they often don’t dispense the correct amount of coffee, or they don’t dispense milk, after three days of messing around i gave up and waited while after breakfast for a coffee around the pool. My only annoyance with the food was the temperature, almost everything was cool, unless you managed to get something that was freshly cooked, this is surprising given the new hot holding equipment within the buffet areas. This is an area i worry about as i work in food hygiene (I avoided high risk foods). The pool area is a great size, the sun loungers are comfy and we never had an issue getting one, only issue around the pool was the music, it was VERY loud all day long. The entertainment is brilliant, theres a show every night in the main arena, then a band/ group on afterwards, theres an open air night club which i think opened twice a week, great addition! Another great feature is the checkout lounge. We didn’t have to check out while 12pm but our transfer wasn’t while 7.15pm. The hotel had a great checkout lounge with luggage storage and shower/ changing facilities you can use right up until departure. The hotel was great, theres a bit of something for everyone, as mentioned the only thing that let it down for me was the loud music in the day and the cold food. This however would not put me off visiting again, i left happy.

Really nice hotel, great pools 2 really big pools and 1 kids pool with a few small slides. We stayed in block 8 where we had separate rooms with 2 bathrooms which was ideal. Food what a great selection even for the pickiest of eaters only problem was everything was cold or just warm. Which with meats and fish etc it does give you the gitters when eating. The only time we ate something hot was when we was first in line for the fresh pizzas. Other than that there is a microwave to warm food up. But still not really what is expected with a 4* plus. The food is the same day in day out with the exception there maybe something different ie duck, veil etc but apart from that same food daily Ice creams are available thought the day from 9am till 6pm only issue with this is if you want one before 14:30 then you need to walk to the beach for one as they only serve scream from 14:30 around the pool which with a 4 year old who is constantly asking for ice cream can be a pain. Beach this was a shame little boy loves the sand but it has no sand it’s all just stones and small pebbles this obviously has nothing to do with the hotel but it’s also not clearly stated anywhere. Now if you want a quiet hotel THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. Music is played around the pool from 10am till 6pm and it’s like been at a club. House music, baseline etc, but sometimes a little softer. This wasn’t an issue for us at all but for some it could be. Great entertainment. We went for 7 days and only didn’t like 2 shows 1x party night and one called dolls by rapid they were really bad shows. Come midnight all the bars close and they let you know shutters down and lights off if your sat there or not. After this time there is a night club and something called bunker until 5am. We went in once for a drink but soon left as just just smelt of sick constantly. All in all a good hotel we personally wouldn’t visit again as there wasn’t enough to do look at around the area

Its really nice hotel and the staff was amaizing , food was really good i highly recommended to stay in this hotel and and enjoy your time with your families , The waiters in the pub very friendly and they look after you very well also alcohol is really good quality so its don’t give you hangovers in the morning

Overall, this is a great hotel, though some areas could use a bit more attention. Most of the staff are friendly, but when it comes to service at the bar, it's helpful to stand near the server, as there seems to be little understanding of how queues should work. While much of this is due to inconsiderate customers, the servers could do more to prevent those who cut in from being served. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and cleanliness is generally well maintained, although a few areas could benefit from some extra care.

We had an amazing time here! Staff were lovely! Although all inclusive the staff were still happy to get us drinks in the food hall. All drinks were good quality. Food was abit repetitive BUT all cooked and had a wide range of food. Didn’t have to rush for a sunbed in the mornings always plenty to go around. Nice size pools. Room: was lovely beds comfy shower was nice size and good temperature, Mini bar was free with crisps , water and soft drinks re stocked daily. I would advise to bring your own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom is abit slow but that’s my opinion. Would definitely come back to this hotel!
