Nel complesso va bene, soprattutto per la comodità di andare in aeroporto. Ma c'era qualcosa che non andava in questo indirizzo. Sono riuscito ad arrivare all'hotel con mio figlio e i bagagli sulle spalle. La reception ha detto che non avevano i dati della mia prenotazione. Mi ci è voluto molto tempo per capire che lo ero all'indirizzo sbagliato perché ci sono due hotel Moxy. L'indirizzo indicato sulla piattaforma era È un altro hotel Moxy con lo stesso nome. Prendere un taxi per raggiungere questo hotel costa quasi 30 euro, il che equivale a costi di alloggio elevati. Quindi non c'è porta tra la parte balneare di questo hotel e il lavandino esterno. Se fai il bagno all'interno, il pavimento esterno è bagnato.

Actually had this Hotel booked for 1 night thru a 3rd party, but I had messed up the date. We were there 1 day to early. I was able to cancel that booking. The friendly lady at the desk booked us 1 room for that night, also we added to park our car at the Parkhaus 50yards down the street. The HeyLou shuttle took us to the airport the next morning, and we took it back to the hotel when we returned from our trip. We had went for 3 weeks and were able to park the car there for 3 weeks at a great deal. So easy to sleep there the night before a trip, instead of fighting Frankfurt traffic in the morning, constantly worrying if one is gona make the flight on time. I'll never do that again, this is it for me, if flying out of FRA. Can only recommend. Nice and superclean room, there's a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well, but check opening times for those. Breakfast available as well. The only drawback is that this hotel is located in an area where after certain hours there is no other place to get food or drink, but a gas station around the corner. But one can order a food delivery to the hotel, and they have some drinks available at front desk. Definetly recommend!!

We were automatically checked into this hotel by the airline after our flight was cancelled. The hotel name is not listed on the shuttle bus boards at the airport which was disconcerting, but the driver said it was included so we piled onto the overcrowded bus feeling very trepidatious about what the hotel would be like. We were pleasantly surprised: staff were courteous and checked us in quickly, the room was spotlessly clean and seemed recently decorated, with complementary water and A/C included. Beds were comfy and the shower was good. There was free tea, coffee etc in Reception. So, although we never intended staying there, I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel relatively close to the airport.

Great hotel, very cozy, rooms are very clean and big. Breakfast was also good, simple things but very tasteful. We were here for two nights. Lidl and one more market is right accros the street. Staff was very friendly.

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

Upon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day. The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with. Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement.
