With the basic charges during peak season, I did like the simple and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff overall are very polite and friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight while roadtripping through BC. It was a great place to land and relax. No complaints.

Was alright, nothing special.

Great little roadside motel in the heart of Kelowna. Walking distance to everything. The price is great, its clean, the service is friendly and check-in was fast. If you're just looking for a room for a night or two, this is the place you want.

Location is good. close to downtown and city park 20 mins walk. pool and hut tub was so good.

Weighing in on the pros and cons here... Pros... -Nice check in gal -A half decent amount of tv channels -Room was ok and clean enough -Hot tub jets at least worked and a large pool area and clean Cons... -The running fan had a weird noise and it was hard to sleep to. Some light cling clanging noise. I had to turn everything off and just deal with no heat on in room and the loud traffic outside. I did not sleep well. -The breakfast was so weak! One muffin choice, NO bananas and one type of bread choice only. Just juice and coffee and cereal and toast! NO yogurts, no boiled eggs etc etc...management really cheaped out big time on this aspect. I cannot return unless the fans are much better noise wise and if they get with the program and cater a bit/a lot more to breakfast as the rate was still up there.

David the manager is a great guy he managed to put me my brother and sister in a very nice comfortable suite with a upstairs room for my sister and downstairs for me and my brother dining area with cooking facilities. 3 comfortable double beds. I can only praise David the manager for being si kind to us especially through the dramatic forest fire on westbank causing evacuation problems for so many people. After numerous cancellations due to kelowna airport closure, David always there to continue his support Thank you David and all your staff for their continued good service especially with such a difficult moment. Very basic, but clean & comfortable room. VERY NICE breakfast area. GOOD breakfast! (ham, cheese, boiled eggs etc etc etc) GREAT VALUE! Convenient to find and to get out o town & onto HWY 33 again

We booked a week long stay here, but checked out shortly after getting into our room. We had booked a regular 2 queen room and we’re given a larger room with a kitchen on the ground floor, it felt damp and had a strong chemical smell that we could not tolerate. Staff were kind and understanding, let us check out at no charge. It might have been tolerable for one night, but not a week.

Nothing fancy about the place. Good location, close to downtown. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast area very basic, we took out food back to the room to eat. Beds comfortable. Kitchen area basic. Lobby basic. Nothing attractive about its appearance.

We stayed here earlier (when it was known as Kelowna Inn & Suites) and came back to stay here again after the name changed to what it is now. We loved the room we stayed before and wanted to stay in the same room. The front desk personnel were nice enough to let us have the room that we were almost sure to have stayed in several years ago. The room appeared renovated as it no longer had the jacuzzi. We had no issues with that as absence of the jacuzzi made the large room appear more spacious despite the furniture in the room. Out of the furniture what we didn’t like was the round table. It was flimsy and somewhat unstable. The breakfast time period (6am – 10am) was very useful particularly for those who wanted to leave early in the morning. A hearty self-serve breakfast was offered that consisted of cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, butter, cheese, honey and an assortment of jam/jelly. We liked the breakfast. This hotel provided good value for money and we enjoyed our stay here again !
