Don't leave anything behind in the room because you likely won't see it again. I left two expensive medications behind by accident and was basically accused of being a liar when I questioned why they weren't turned in by the housekeeping staff. The man I spoke with at reception was unhelpful and unapologetic, going so far as to tell me it was my problem since I left the medications behind. I know they were tucked out of sight and that's how I forgot them, but he said his housekeepers are very thorough. If that's the case, they should have turned the medications in. A bit of compassion goes a long way and is better than calling your customer a liar.

I have never in my life experienced such disrespect and gaslighting from a hospitality/ hotel staff in my life. I am a well traveled individual and so is my family that i was traveling with and Ive never had a worse customer service experience. I had booked two rooms for my family over a month ago. My parents went inside to get the keys to the rooms and found out the rooms were on different floors. They requested if it’s possible to get the rooms together since we booked under one name and we are a family. The male receptionist checking us in was immediately hostile over a such a small and sensible request. He was telling us that we weren’t listening to him and became increasingly agitated. Due to such poor and and aggressive behavior towards us, my father mentioned that we must complain to corporate about our poor treatment. The male reception then began to accuse my father of calling him a profanity (“b*st*rd) when he did not say anything remotely close. As customers we have the right to report poor treatment especially when we have paid for our stay in advance. In response to my father defending himself, the receptionist grew even more aggressive and threatened to call the cops, to throw us out, and was running in and out of the staff room mentioning profanities and the f word towards us. There was one assistant manager that chimed in and started gaslighting us as well and when asked her what happened she was not able to explain what she heard—she was just repeating what he told her. The rest of the staff looked scared to speak up around him. Very disappointed in this service. Almost ruined our road trip and I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT A HOLIDAY INN EVER AGAIN. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such under qualified staff. If you are South Asian DO NOT stay here. The staff are clearly ****** and are projecting stereotypes onto their paying customers. This is a disgrace.

先説優點：酒店在最核心的位置，出門就是waterfront park，游泳會，市政府、法官、劇院，離各種網紅餐廳也就是5-10分鐘步行距離。餐廳正對湖，景色很美，早餐分量跟一般北美早餐相比算小的，但是都好吃。我覺得經典雙蛋的性價比是最高的。晚上點了酒，但是説沒有配酒的東西，什麼plate、堅果、水果一概沒有。 然後吐槽一下房間，房間比較小，雙大床的床都是Queen 所以二個人睡是偏小的，床上的床單皺的好像剛從烘乾機拿出來的，還有一股子味道。我兒子説床墊和枕頭都不舒服。我不知道為啥，每次攜程訂房間給的位置都很差，這次給的是大風機旁邊的啥景也沒有，就看到二個大風機的房間，哎。500刀一個晚上，北美的酒店就是這麼坑爹。拖鞋沒有，洗漱用品沒有，Wi-Fi如果不花10元錢就慢到你幾乎打不開遊戲或者視頻。最最無語的是，checkout收了我每晚36刀的停車費，這個停車費真的太貴了，事先也沒有告知。我印象中惠斯勒的酒店也就20多刀。反正除了地理位置絕佳之外，其他真的很so so

La nostra esperienza è stata molto sorprendente con tutte le strutture, la zona di pranzo è molto spaziosa e può ospitare un numero elevato di persone e avere molte più opzioni alimentari di altri hotel.

We stayed April 27 and decided to return in August. I booked through GoSplitty .... what a huge mistake. I strongly urge people to check with the Better Business Bureau and GoSplitty reviews prior to booking with them. Long story short once you book through GoSplitty it is almost impossible to contact them. But if you use your desktop computer, and go to their website you will be able to cancel. They count on people giving up and then keep their money. Now shame on you Ramada in Kelowna. I called many times to see if you could assist me. Your argument that I booked through a third party, although accurate does not let you off the hook. You could have sent an email to Go Splitty, maybe made a phone call OR alter realizing that so many people are getting ripped off decided not to do business with this company. It is when you close your eyes to these types of situations you become part of the problem. I will say that your staff was very sympathetic, but sympathy does not pay the bills. You can do better Ramada, but you have to make the decision to put in the time and effort, and I believe your customers deserve better.

The rooms are large and updated, the beds are comfortable and the staff is great. So friendly and gave us extra items we needed i.e. towels, coffee, key cards and ducks :). There were 11 of us who stayed and they were able to accommodate us staying close to one another. We were prepared for the noise and all brought ear plugs. There is construction right behind the hotel and will be for a while, so prepare yourselves with ear plugs. The pool though.... It is NOT refreshing. It was about 27 degrees outside and the pool might as well have been soup. The temperature definitely needs dropped a few degrees. We enjoyed the 10% off at Ricky's across the parking lot and were really treated well by the wait staff there. There is also a Starbucks in the same parking lot for that extra kick of caffeine. Would 100% stay here again.

Il 2° piano con balcone, terrazza e marina. Il letto era semplicemente confortevole abbastanza per dormire bene. Il personale era molto amichevole e andava via. Riferito speciale a REILLY al divano frontale che vi ha fatto sentire benvenuti a tutti voi arrivate. Sospetto che sia lui che ha organizzato per cioccolato di fragole divorate e un pezzo di torta per il nostro compleanno e il compleanno di mia moglie. Grazie. Prendi il caffè disponibile al desk front o ristorante al mattino. Camminare e ciclismo lungo un fiume era vicino. Un paio di problemi con la programmazione della nostra carta chiave, ma può accadere ovunque. Tutti i membri del personale erano ben formati e amichevoli. La camera è molto pulita, il personale è molto buono e la posizione è eccellente per godere del centro. Piscina interna e tubo caldo sono state una bella pausa. La camera ha un mini frigo (per bevande e resto) e una microonde e una tazza di caffè singolo (chieda tasche di caffè aggiuntive). Un lato fa fronte alla strada principale attraverso la città e potrebbe essere un po' alto per alcuni, l'altro lato è sulla strada (ancora una vista decente), alcune camere fa fronte al lago e al parco.
