Second stay here as it’s a fantastic location . Staff are amazing and friendly and helpful . Rooms are clean and have everything you need for a couple of nights away. Breakfast is worth every penny and plenty to choose from

My first impression on entering the reception was that the lady checking me in was miserable and snappy, it is only when she noticed my response to this did her demeanour change. I did note this has been mentioned on previous r I was booked into a DELUXE room! There was nothing deluxe about this, on entering the first thing I noticed was the bed had no valance and straight away I noticed stains on the bed base. The full room was unclean and thick dust along the skirtings, especially under the TV turn table, there were drink spillages down the wall and the carpet was un-hoovered and badly stained. The bathroom was unclean and I did find odd the toilet roll holder being on the opposite wall which cant be reached when sat on the toilet! The shower was so unclean I did not want to get in it. The balcony is badly fitted and had a hole in the left corner and rubble. I convinced myself it had simply not been cleaned between guests and requested another room which I got (209) unfortunately this was no better and even had stains on the base sheet and the bottom of the shower base had holes and was in need of repair. No expresso machine as advertised for deluxe rooms. For £120+ I would expect to see a much better standard given I can pay that for a Premiere Inn and get Breakfast & evening meal for that. The only thing I did like was that it had double doors opening onto the balcony where I sat watching the planes coming in. Due to how unclean both the rooms were sadly I did not trust to order the food as my thoughts were if the bedrooms were so unclean what state was the kitchen, so I ordered takeaway. The dining room reminded me of a working mans club The lady getting me the second room was suitably apologetic. The lady getting my drink who checked me in made me feel uncomfortable when I asked to see what wines they had which meant she had to remove the cupboard door. If there was a wine list this would have been avoidable however given I was buying a bottle I would not have expected to be made to feel I was asking too much of her. 1 Needless to say I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone

Extremely easy to get to so no stress there. Plenty of parking. Check in was Welcoming and swift. Room was a good size and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. Food wasn't the cheapest I'll admit (This is the Hilton after all, not a burger king) BUT it was very nice indeed, well presented and flavoursome. Taxis to and from the hotel went without any issues. All in all we loved it. So much so that we've booked again for next year when we fly from East Midlands for our 10th wedding anniversary. Something to mention is, should you have any queries or questions use the Hilton messaging service. Its exceptional! Literally the best communication we've had with a hotel EVER! Look forward to seeing all the lovely helpful staff again soon. Zero complaints from us. A well deserved thumbs up from us 👍

Il mio hubby e io abbiamo visitato per il fine settimana e era bello.Carino hotel, veramente comodi letti, senza alcuna nulla di pulito e il colazione era molto bello e c'era molto di esso.Il personale è gentile e attento e anche il cuoco è uscito e ci ha auspicato buona maturno.Un grande pollice da noi e pensa che abbiamo bisogno di un viaggio indietro presto per poter utilizzare anche le strutture ricreative sul sito.

Molto buono, buon personale, un po' lontano dalla città, ma molto tranquillo e buono per dormire.È anche bello camminare per il lago.

La posizione ideale per me è andare in città per shopping e cena fuori.Il personale è stato eccellente dalla ricezione alla custodia della casa.Anche il servizio in camera è stato buono Era un po' deluso, perché il bagno doveva essere sostituito, la superficie era stata scaldata e mentre era tutto a posto per il doccia, non volevi bagnarla.

Abbiamo un fantastico soggiorno in Doubletree da Hilton a Nottingham. La stanza è molto spaziosa, molto più grande di quelle camere alberghiere Doubletree in altre città, buono valore per i soldi!
