They told us they'd inform us once the second room was ready but they never called us. We had to call the reception again to check the status of the room. - The owner and or management of this hotel have let this hotel into disrepair. They have closed the main escalators that was supposed to be the main entrance to get into the hotel. The interior of the hotel also looked worn and not maintained, everything fell apart and dirty. - Very noisy surrounding as it's located next to a train station.

This hostel was awesome. The facilities were very good with a great breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my running shoes behind and they kindly sent them to my hostel in Bali. Highly recommend for your stay in Malang. Thanks guys!
