This hotel is very busy. It took them 35min to get me the room. Executive room is facing the city and there is too much traffic and a lot of noise in the evening.

Advantages: Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant. Flaws: The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels. Overpriced for expectations. But overall I liked it.

Perfect location, in a nice and fancy city. Love the place, and it is not the last time, I wil stay here.

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

訂Rasisson擺了個烏龍，在Kayseri有3家酒店，雪場的是Mount和Lake side，市區的這家每天有Shuttle bus 送去雪場早晚三趟。酒店裡住的全是滑雪的客人，晚上回來旁邊是個很大的商場，有吃有玩更方便。 早上從Rasisson進雪場，租雪具買票都有會英文專人服務，雪道上人很少，比公眾玩雪撬板那邊人少多了，超級舒服。現在衹開了15,13紅道和藍道，黑道還沒開。15有好幾條雪道，也很長，是夠刷了，一趟近半小時，美極了，不愧是世界極雪場。牆裂推薦！

Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve güzeldi. Merkezde olması hasebiyle her yere yakındı. Sadece Yastıkları biraz rahatsızdı.

시설도 뷰도 모두 멋집니다. 공항이랑도 가까워서 너무 좋네요.

Wir haben dieses Auto Hotel wegen dem Spa / Welness Bereich gebucht. Empfang im Hotel war extrem freundlich.. wir waren über 1 Stunde zu früh und durften sogar schon ins Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Es gab sogar eine Espressomaschine. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Aussicht und ich muss zugeben, ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Das Bett war phänomenal. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war schon fast zu viel Auswahl :) Man kann auch nur Wellnessbereich buchen für ein paar Stunden. Also ich kann es empfehlen
