Basic required facilities available. Slightly costly as per amenities available but that is the scene at all pilgrim center

Basic room cleaning was not there. Utensils provided by hotel was not cleaned. Gyesor was not working properly. Bed sheets was having dark patches.

I have visited this property and checked out today. Owner , Mr. Sharma is a very humble person and all other staffs are too courteous. Room is perfectly suitable for family stay and food quality is awesome. The in room dining facility and room services are unexpectedly good in such a low budget hotel. The fittings in washroom are branded with workable condition. For a new travel it is perfect hotel as it is adjacent and walkable distance away from Katra railway station. Markets, ATMs , medical shops are also within reach.

Room Cleaning was very poor, doormat was very wet even they had not changed after informed to them. Cockroaches were racing in the room. Horrible Experience and staff was not helpful. Only good thing, hotel is near by railway station. And they provide pickup service.

Not price worthy. Tv unit was not working. There was a dead spiders in ac vent. Fan regulator was not working. Almirah door was hanging out

This Hotel is very Good in very low rates. 2 Minutes walking distance from Katra Railway Station Exit Gate. Rooms are too Good & Neat n Clean. Washroom are Clean. Overall Experience is good. I would suggest this property to all.

I am giving my reviews based On my experience: Pros: Close to railway station Pick and drop from banganga Wifi facility Cons No ventilation in the rooms , leaky bathrooms, they didn't have kettles for water , soiled glasses /cutlery No intercom ( for every thing you need to go to reception ) Substandard hotel. I would never want to stay here again.
