"Day 1 of 3, 6th March 25. Location is the only positive point. As our train was delayed, we checked in at night around 12:30 AM. we asked if anything to eat can be arranged, and the person at the reception denied. There we got to know that the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM and no food is served after that. Smile was completely missing from their faces and they did not look welcoming at all. Also, no one was available to handle the luggage which is expected from a hotel like Bloom. In the morning, I asked for Dental Kit, which I did not receive even after 5-7 minutes. Then I had to call again and go out in the lobby to get the same myself. They are definitely understaffed, and the staff they have is not trained."

"L'hotel era in buona posizione. Forniscono trasporto fino al bando Ganga per andare a Vaishno devi tempio. Il personale era utile. Le strutture erano come si aspettavano. Il servizio era un po' lento, e l'impianto era un po' mantenuto. Ad esempio, il bagno e la tovagliola erano liberamente montati, mentre tenevamo le tovagliole sul rack che cadde, e tutti i vestiti erano bagnati e sporchi . Il buffet del colazione era una buona opzione e il gusto era abbastanza buono. In generale, è bello stare due giorni."

Il cibo era solo in grado di accettare (ok-ish/sì, ma l'esperienza complessiva non era così grande come l'hotel sembra e si sente molto stanco e scorre. Il mobilio e l'atmosfera erano molto sbalorditi. Letto e letto devono essere sostituiti presto (probabilmente tutti oltre 20 anni, e sembrano odorare!).
