Very good & clean hotel, balcony view is also very nice & very safe for family person. Breakfast is also very tasty and have lot of choices to eat. Pick & drop facilities provided at free of cost from hotel to sanjhi chhat & Barganga. Hotel staff is also cooperative.

IT WAS A GREAT STAY AT FERN RESIDENCY!! WOULD DEFINETLY SUGGEST THIS COMFORTING PLACE WITH PERFECT FACILITIES AND DELICIOUS FOOD!! AND OFC THE BEST STAFF. BEST ROOMS AT PERFECT PRICE WHAT A DEAL AND WHAT A PERSON WANTS MORE FROM A PLACE THAT FEELS EXACTLY LIKE A HOME

Overall 5/5, compared to other hotel I stayed in terms of hospitality, price, food and spa. My special regards to SPA. Spa was really excellent by Mr Prakash, professionally handled body massage as my body aching after 24 Km walk to temple..

Hotel premises is very good and tasty food and highly hygiene ,staff is coprative ,good facilities to use ,nice to visit here , I prefer to came again with family and friend ,good job done by hotel staff Reasonable car services next time will come

I was on Amarnath yatra……came to Katra for vaishno devi darshan stayed @the fern katra what an amazing stay From the staff to the olive restaurant everyone were so helpful made my stay so comfortable….& i am always a fern fan i have stayed many fern hotels around india…. Same hospitality thank you the fern ❤️

Excellent stay nd great ambience in the centre of the katra . Excellent views from the room . Greatly welcomed by the tilak raj & Priyanka at the front office . Breakfast buffet also good with sufficient options spread across the restaurant.

The rooms are decent size, and cleanly maintained. Decent breakfast menu and the staff was very courteous at the restaurant. The spa service is also good. Prakash was the masseuse and I highly recommend everyone to do for a massage session.

Had booked 4 room for family. Amazing Stay. Hotel is centrally located, near the main market. Room is spacious with nice bed. Had nice Breakfast with good spread but woukd have loved if bakery items like croissants would have been added. Really appreciate the hospitality extended by the Restaurant manager Mr Ramsingh. Recommended for sure..
