Fin dall'arrivo ci siamo sentiti ben accolti. La registrazione è stata rapida e cortese e ci è stato offerto un upgrade: stanza con terrazzo/prato e sedie e tavolinetto. Poiché a causa del ritardo del nostro volo siamo arrivati a pochi minuti dalla chiusura della cucina la reception ha chiesto alla cucina di trattenersi per consentirci di cenare. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita e dotata di bollitore per fare il caffè o il tè. Spazioso e pulito anche il bagno. Piacevole e luminosa la sala in cui viene servita la cena e la colazione. I pasti sono a buffet con una buona scelta sia di salato che di dolce. I piatti sono tipici indiani e quindi prevalentemente piccanti. A colazione una cameriera gira fra i tavoli offrendo, con un bel sorriso, del Masala Chiai. Personale giovane, disponibile e cortese. È stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Good hospitality friendly staff and value for money excellent service. They Just need to improve on gym and breakfast a bit too monotonous Asian cuisine only. They have a spacious swimming pool, if they can only add a sauna and steam bath, plus some spacious gym with enough equipment then the hotel would be perfect. The location is Central with less noise even while seated by the pool bar.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni presso questa struttura alberghiera in Nepal eccezionale. È a 15-20 minuti dall’ aeroporto. Le camere sono moderne, pulite e spaziose. Il ristorante in albergo offre tutti i pasti dalla colazione alla cena. Abbiamo conosciuto la signorina Rebecca che gestisce la sala ristorante. Ci ha consigliato dei piatti buonissimi! Ho mangiato un kebab preparato dallo chef Saroj eccezionale! Rebecca è super disponibile, cordiale e gentilissima. Grazie ancora da tutti

Per la prima volta sono venuti a Nepal Gardmann, ho prenotato una suite ereditaria a Trip.com. Ho sentito che la casa è un buon ambiente. La casa del villaggio. Anche se l'hotel non è molto grande, ci sono tutte le strutture, tra cui fitness, piscina, personale molto amichevole. L'hotel è un hotel ereditato molto storico, Ci sono anche le strade commerciali, il ristorante ha un ristorante francese, l'ambiente è buono e molto adatto per la foto.Ho fatto un breve video dell'hotel medievale nepalese, e posso vedere l'ambiente dell'hotel.Ho vissuto quattro giorni e resterò la prossima volta.

La posizione è magnifica, proprio nel centro di Kathmandu, a piedi da Tamel. Altre interessanti segnali sono facilmente raggiungibili con i taxi ausiliari (sempre presenti al di fuori delle porte). Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, sincero impegno in conversazione e utile per fornire informazioni turistiche. Le camere sono costose e decorate caldamente. L'hotel dispone di un bel giardino adatto per una passeggiata rilassante. La piscina è bello e molto pulito! Raccomando molto questo hotel sopra altri hotel a Kathmandu. Un hotel indimenticabile e accogliente! Pulito e buon cibo! Poiché la mia famiglia era temporaneamente malata ed era ricoverata in un ospedale locale, questo hotel era a soli dieci minuti dall'ospedale, quindi ho scelto questo hotel. Si trova in una zona di uffici governativi con buona sicurezza. L'hotel è progettato in stile nepalese. Le camere sono molto belle e ordinate. Sanno che vado a visitare il paziente ogni giorno e ogni giorno mandano un'auto per portarmi in ospedale. Controllano sempre me e la mia famiglia, il che aggiunge molto calore al dolore di stare qui con il paziente ! Anche la qualità del ristorante è alta e molti piatti sono eccellenti. Si dice che sia anche un luogo di ritrovo per funzionari governativi, quindi questa volta è spesso pieno di ospiti. Ho soggiornato qui per più di dieci giorni! ed è stato molto conveniente! --Anche il trasferimento gratuito all'aeroporto è fantastico

THIS is a quality hotel from its spectacular rooftop bar and swimming pool right down to its graceful foyer and reception area. Facilities are only part of the story and the Mulberry's friendly and helpful staff are what turns a good hotel into a great hotel. They were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the moment I arrived tired after more than twenty hours of travel to the moment I left to explore other parts of Nepal. At the core of relaxation was my lovely comfortable room with a huge double bed, good storage, a room safe and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hot water at a good pressure was always available. The breakfast area offered a chance to eat either outside at tables near a little garden or inside at tables where attentive staff swiftly brought me a pot of chi. If you wanted omelettes or eggs then they were prepared freshly to order at a small outside cooking point. Inside guests could choose from a whole range of foods from fruit and meats to cereals, toast, jams, marmalades, yoghurts, fruit juices, Nepalese and international breakfast dishes. The choice was extensive. There is also a full quality restaurant for those who would like to savour an evening meal at the hotel. There were so many nice touches to underline a top class stay. For instance, I had bought a number of presents and souvenirs that I didn't really want to carry round with me for nearly a week to three other destinations. Not a problem, said the Mulberry, who agreed to store them all until my return to the hotel for my last night in Nepal. This they did and everything was safe and ready for me to pack away when I returned. The Mulberry is also sited in a great position to explore the city's Thamel area which can be viewed in all its glittering night-time glory from the rooftop bar area. I was able to enjoy the view and a leisurely local beer yet within ten minutes I could walk into the centre to get a good meal at a variety of tasty restaurants before leaving to enjoy the late night delights of the Purple Haze rock bar knowing my room was close by when I wanted to sleep. It was the sort of perfect hotel and stay that travellers dream about and if I come back to Nepal there is only one place I will stay and it will be the Mulberry. Wonderful hotel.
