I had the most wonderful experience at Lo Mustang in November 2024. I came to Nepal for a wedding and Anisha at the front desk went above and beyond. Customer service was 10/10. I got recommendations for tailoring, jewelry, dry cleaning, and local dresses with transportation. Deepika, front desk manager, was fantastic always making sure my needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location with great amenities. I initially chose this spot because of the beautiful traditional decor. It was beautiful in person with murals on each floor. Breakfast is fantastic with a roof top view. I booked a second time on my way back home because it was so great. I traveled solo and left with new friends.

Hotel is very clean. Room service is exceptional. Hotel location is in the heart of the city Thamel. Special thanks to the Deepika who helped us through all ups and downs on the trip. Highly Recommendable hotel in Kathmandu as well as In Muktinath.

A very decent hotel in a vibrant commercial and tourist zone. The breakfast is good and clean with a good sky view. The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Facilities are respectable for a medium size hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. The drive into the hotel is interesting and entertaining.

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located in the heart of Thamel. The staff is so nice and the service is great. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. In addition to the breakfasts with omelet station and other amenities, we had a couple of other meals in the hotel and were very pleased with the food and service (wonderful salad and crispy tofu that I want to learn how to make). I got services at the spa (more than once!) and really enjoyed my massage treatments.

It was my first time in Nepal, booked Lo Mustang Hotel where I was met by (Loumus) plus a super friendly front desk staff from the parking lot, front door to the room and restaurant Luomus took his time and shown me around the facilities and made my staying so comfortable. Highlight of the staying was the sauna and pool!! Top floor!! Top Hotel, super Top Staff!!. See you back next time. -Wally

This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel in historical center of Katamandu.Great value for the price ! large spotless room had very comfortable bed and had breathtaking views of the mountains.The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet. A special thanks to the hotel manager Deepika Shrestha who demonstrate especiall leadership and professionalism throughout my stay.The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, but very quiet! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem as the one of the best place to stay in Katamandu!

It was pleasure to stay with lo mustang family l Anissa Riya, hospitality was much better than expected and food was according to the guest fav.. all the time.. we family from Tibet Lhasa would recommend lo mustang hotel to everyone. Rupak was good at service.

I’ve been visiting Nepal for the past 12 years and this is the first time I am staying at Hotel Mustang. The warm and friendly staff are always at hand to assist and attend to my needs. Feedback about noise from nearby pub at 3a.m. was taken seriously by hotel management and room was changed. The room is very comfortable and clean. The bed is as comfy as my own bed at home. The location is so central, it is easy to get to my favourite places such as Smoothie King, O’Cha Thai Street Food & Himalayan Java in 5 to 10mins of walking. After a hard climb in the mountains, staying here is like returning home. I would return to stay here again the next time.
