These studios are very nice - lovely friendly family who run them - nothing too much trouble - spotlessly clean - the cleaning lady Leda and her family are so lovely too as is Angelos who runs the bar and will cook you anything - his cocktails are good too Would highly recommend staying here with just a 10 minute walk to the beach , bars and restaurants then get a horse and carriage back in the evening - 10 euros - we love this place and only got back yesterday but can’t wait to return again next year - excellent holiday - thank you so much for making us so welcome - have a great season 🇬🇷😎xxx

Tomorrow is our last day of a two week stay at Gianni's. Apartments are clean and comfortable with good showers and are well maintained. The fact that a lot of people return here speaks volumes. We would recommend and return ourselves. Angelo and the cleaner both work all day every day and are friendly and helpful. There's a lovely little bar/cafe on-site and we never had a bad meal and the prices are very reasonable, full English breakfast including tea/coffee, orange juice, 2 slices of toast with jam is 7.5 euros. The walk down to the beach and shops is mainly without pavements so if you have small children be prepared, it's about a ten minute walk. Lots of lovely restaurants in the resort our personal favourite was Fidelio food was gorgeous and lovely staff there.

A lovely holiday at the Giannis a 15 minute walk for two 70 plus to the restaurants and bars.the apartments clear and overlooking the pool Angelo and Haleta are great and work hard day and night.the food at the bar is love and a credit to Angelo we found it a quiet and enjoyable place to stay and all the guests were very friendly and helped make a wonderful holiday.nice walks up the back roads if you feel like a change

Friendly clean apartments customers return year after year angelo the cook barman works, very hard delicious, food apartment kept really clean everyday bbq night was great way to meet other guests it's about 10bto 15 minuite walk to bars restaurents iris bar is great bar with Live acts near by would reccomend alykes is lovely resort would return

This hotel is really not suitable for anyone who is after a comfortable and quiet place to stay. It is very much suited to those who want to party until gone 2am. It’s a highly residential area set back from the main bars and many locals expressed to us that our experience was not unique and it is a long standing problem with the noisy bar open until when ever it likes. The rooms on the top floor are extremely tiny, the balcony was un-usable they are so small (photo included). The shower is also extremely tight (bathroom photos included). The kitchen is run down and our fridge / freezer turned off when the electricity fob was removed. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. We never saw any evidence that the room was cleaned (mopped / surfaces wiped) during our 10 night stay. We had 1 bedding change the entire time and the towels were swapped on day 5 and 7 and our bath mat never changed. Our next door neighbours also talked to us to see if we had clean towels as they were expecting them after talking to staff but had none. It also took 4 days for the bins (including the bathroom bin) to be emptied. We have holidayed in Greece many times and due to the restrictions on flushing paper this is usually done every 1/2 days. It was not pleasant! I would only recommend this place if you expect very basic facilities and either want to party all night or can sleep through anything. Certainly never request a high floor room!

Firstly, we didn't stay here we were staying close by. But we had family and friends staying here so used the pool and bar as it was easier than walking the 15 mins into alykes in the heat with little ones. Angelo at the bar is fantastic, he works very hard to please everyone. However I think the management need to take into consideration the tiny kitchen area he has to cater for everyone. He can't cook lots of meals at once so it ends up coming out in dribs and drabs, even though it's good, expect to wait. You can catch a glimpse of it as you go down the stairs to the what I can only call disgusting toilets. The cleaner tries her best to keep them clean but they aren't cleaned regularly and are well past their use by date. We used our own toilets at our apartment, once was enough. We also witnessed the lady manager shouting at top of her voice at the cleaner early one morning about a broken plant pot that clearly wasn't her fault. We could hear this from across the road!!! I also heard her being very rude to a gentleman about a broken shower screen, he had cuts on his arms. She was not interested or caring at all. The pool area also had A LOT of wasps. We were also there when some guests had to remove a live wasp nest out of the pool! Maintenance like this should be priority, it seemed like nobody was doing anything for the upkeep and considering the prices they charge it's terrible. My advice to anyone who is looking to book here...there is A LOT of better accommodation available in the area for far more reasonable prices so look around!! Also one thing to add is I am a cat lover, however there is far too many unwell cats coming into the bar area. Unfortunately one of them had died just the other side of the bar... nobody seemed to care or pretended it wasn't their problem!! Think twice about spending your hard earned cash here! Also interested to point out all other bad reviews get a terrible response on here, then are removed....says a lot!!!

Don't ever book this place with jet2. Worst experience of my life, from shattered shower door (which you have to pay for), to ants everywhere wild cats trying to pinch your food, wasps everywhere, also a dead cat right where you sit to eat. Tried to explain it to lady manager who was very rude and didn't want to know. Jet2 rep is useless said it's nothing to do with me. 😱😱Be warned.

Was here 30th July for one week. Yes this is a two star plus rating so we knew what we would get after visiting this island on and off for 27 years, however, this place was a fantastic place to stay for a week. We were placed on the top floor (3 floors) and the room was very clean and exactly what we needed to rest our heads. The balcony was a big let down as it was so tiny but we soon got over that. The shower was also tiny so the bigger person might not find it not so easy to shower. But overall we were happy with the room. We went bed and breakfast and so glad we did. The breakfast every single morning was fantastic! Full English breakfast went down a treat. The family who run the bar work so incredibly hard and made our holiday feel more special. The meals are great, the drinks are too and the service is brilliant. We couldn’t thank the family enough for everything they do. The manager is a lovely lady who gave us all the details we needed when we arrived and asked us every day if everything was ok. Every Wednesday is BBQ night at the studios. I am not usually bothered about BBQs but we stayed for the four/five course meal which was 18 euros and we were so glad we did as it was the best night of our holiday. The food was plentiful, way too much food for us (for a change) and the dancing to the Greek music was hilarious. The quality of the BBQ was fabulous especially the homemade Greek dessert. We would go back there again? Yes, we would even though we usually stay four star, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back here.

From the start when we first arrived we were welcomed by Angelo who runs the bar. He caters for your every need so if you choose to stay by the pool you are in good hands and his food is amazing. Vaso is so lovely. She is the owner and also goes the extra mile to make your stay the best. The view is beautiful and we found it our best holiday yet. We are a family of 5 and go away every year but this is the very best. I will miss the people here very much and 100 percent would book this again. Francesca was lovey as she is the waitress helping Angelo. She helped us with things to see on the island when we hired a car for 2 days. Beautiful people and a Beautiful location. YAMAS
