"The hotel room was incredibly small. Two people couldn't even turn around properly; there was no room to put their suitcases, and even with a large suitcase open, there was barely any room to step. It was awful. I don't know where all the good reviews came from. There are parking spaces right outside the hotel, but parking inside costs money. I was charged over 20 euros at check-out, including city tax and parking fees. The breakfast was very basic: some ham and cheese, cucumber slices, and tomato slices. For a room costing 1500 euros, there wasn't even any fruit for breakfast. There was no drinking water provided in the room; you had to get a bottle from the restaurant. The radiators in the room didn't even have heat. In short, staying at this hotel was a rip-off; I wouldn't recommend it. The location wasn't great either; it was a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian street and the bustling city center."

"La posizione vicino al fiume è stupenda e mi piaceva andare in giro, guardare gli uccelli, l'appartamento aveva due camere da letto, una cucina e un bel balcone. Non ho usato il Spa, ma sembrava molto bello sulle foto e dall'esterno. Mi piacevano anche le swing sul balcone, i bagni sono anche molto confortevoli, le uniche cose che potevano migliorare sono un asciugacapelli (che avrei potuto mancare), le hangar per il cappello e forse un sapone diverso. Ho viaggiato in auto, vi è abbastanza parcheggio, se si parcheggia nelle stanze costa 10€, se si parcheggia in alto sulla strada principale è gratuita."

On the first day there was no breakfast, an prior notice at or in the room would have been nice. Unfriendly or unspoken staff at the reception, room ok. "The room was quite clean, and although I chose a small single bed, it was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The breakfast was reasonably priced. However, there was no elevator, and it took a lot of effort to carry my large suitcase up. The place is close to the attractions, but since it was my first time there and I wasn't familiar with the area, I followed Google Maps along some less-than-accurate back roads. The navigation wasn't very precise, and the paths were quite winding, so please be careful."
