Sea Level Hotel Chalkidiki

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea Level Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. The hotel itself has a distinct charm with its coastal-themed décor and breathtaking views of the ocean. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings created an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, allowing for a comfortable stay. Excellent stay at the Sea Level Hotel, the room is very modern and new, shower was excellent. There was water and fresh fruit on arrival in our room. The staff in the lobby, the restaurant and bar were amazing. Such a lovely stay, defenitely improved by the polite and diligent staff. Shout out to Terry who looked after us every day at the beach, he is such a hard working guy always a smile on his face. We chose to stay at the hotel beach each day because of him. Lovely guy cannot fault!!! Highly recommend this hotel. Worth booking the room with balcony and jacuzzi for some quiet time weather it is looking at sunrise or having a drink at night.

Our stay at hotel was excellent. We had the Junior suite with outdoor jacuzzi and it was the right choice. The room was beautiful, modern, clean, well equipped and the terrace was the best part as every day there was an amazing sunrise. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job every day and the girls from reception were always friendly and helpful. Also, a big shoutout to Thery as he was amazing, he was always there with all that we needed from the bar and restaurant. They also have a private parking so you don’t have to worry about your car.

The hotel is located right on the Polychrono beach. We stayed in a Junior Suite with sea view. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel appeared brand new or recently renovated. All is done with great taste and high quality materials. Breakfast is reasonably good, nothing special but also nothing that one might miss. Staff in the restaurant and reception are very welcoming. Amfora Restaurant in the Hotel has an excellent menu and food is delicious. Amfora shrimps are highly recommended ! The guy dealing with the sun beds and towels, I think Teddy was the name, was very quick and attentive. The only problem is a small and shaded pool area, but that is is because everything in Polychrono is tidy:) Buy we didn’t care as we preferred the beach and the sea.

It’s an adult only hotel, but don’t think you’ll get a nice sleep and rest in your stay. Cleaning crew start working on rooms at 7:30, talking to each other loudly, singing, laughing and cleaning the other rooms very loudly. So you’ll wake up at 8am. Don’t think you’ll rest in your holiday staying in this hotel. Furniture in the rooms are new but maintenance is really poor, I’ve seen rust and mold in bathroom, added the photos. The thermostat of AC unit in the room didn’t work, so when you turn up the AC at night, you’ll wake up freezing because it won’t stop cooling. Told the staff about it, blamed me not to know how to use an AC unit. We reserved a standart room, later we thought it would be nice to upgrade to a sea view room and contacted the hotel for an upgrade, and told them we were willing to pay extra for an upgrade. They sent a message that we would get a free upgrade, told them we appreciated it. And when we checked in they said that we can’t get a sea vlew room and it was a misunderstanding. They would try to arrange it next day, but of course they didn’t. We offered to pay extra but they said they were full. Not even an apology! Standart rooms have a balcony close to a prison yard, you can see the sky from a narrow gap between the buildings. There’s not enough sunlight in the room even at noon such that you have to turn on the lights even during the daytime. I believe the photos for the standart room are altered, the room never gets that light. if you think about staying in the standart room think twice because it definitely doesn’t deserve it’s price. The hotel is next to the beach but prevailing wind in Greece is from north, so the sea is always wavy. If I go to Chalkidiki again, I’d choose southern side of Kassandra, in which the waves are much cooler and hotels that have better price/quality ratio. In conclusion I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again if it was for free of charge

Exellent stay!!! Terri at the beach and Alex in the main restaurant took very good care of us. The beach is clear,warm and beautiful. The hotel is modern,clean and very well maintained. We had an amazing time and highly recommended this location in Halkidiki

This is a very nice hotel, it's the second time we are visiting and happily will come back next year. Staff are cheerful and very helpful. Rooms spotless clean and nice design. Breakfast quality was high (better than 5* hotels in the area). The village is busy during high summer season, but quieter June / September.
