On a clear day view would be excellent. Service is good, some are friendlier than others. The manager, Mr Pashant(?) Was helpful n responsive. Room is not bad, toilet can smell better n room can have more hanging places. Aircon was noisy at night like a motor. Pool n bar were nice. Can have more promotions to maximise use of bar. Overall, a pleasant stay.

房間木质結构贴近自然，硬件设施不错！
软件服務也很好，所遇工作人员文明礼貌，待客满腔热情。有求必应。咖啡厅的小姑娘工作人员还热情帮忙给游泳的我拍照留念！图片中这位餐厅的服務小哥很认真，耐心周到，特别表场！

Несмотря на накрывшую Покхару мглу нам удалось чудесно провести время в этом отеле. В принципе, отель можно и не покидать - предлагается масса удобств и форм активности. Не особо зацепил, пожалуй, только Спа. Еда вкусная. Логистика в город - канатка или такси. Или пешком :) Кстати о смоге в конце сезона - наверху его значительно меньше, воздух чище. по соседству - зиплайн/банджиджампинг/параглайдинг. За безупречный сервис на private dining спасибо Raj.

過於完美的體驗！！！進了酒店就宛如在世外桃源一般，遠離了山下小鎮的喧囂，天氣好的時候雪山彷彿近在咫尺，每一個細胞都得到了舒展。餐廳的飲食也非常豐盛和美味，staff的服務也會讓你感覺賓至如歸。

A beautiful resort with exceptional service. Special thanks to Sudip, Roshan and Anchal who were always ready to serve with a smiling face. Were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the sunrise over the snow capped mountains on 2 mornings, inspite of it not being favourable weather.

Everything was perfect during my 2 night stay: - pick up from Annapurna Cable Car - heartily welcome with music / singing upon arrival - super friendly & helpfull staff making it a pleasant stay for all guest - very clean rooms & public spaces - good food - relaxing spa - beyond staffs influence: the stunning view of the sun rise above Annapurna range - next to zipline - close by to the start of paragliding - … Can fully recommend this hotel when planning to visit Pokhara / Sarangkot!
