Radisson Hotel Shenye è sicuramente il miglior hotel di Kashgar! nessuno di loro! Poiché ho soggiornato al Kashgar Tianyuan International Hotel il giorno prima, sono estremamente insoddisfatto delle strutture hardware e dei servizi software di Tianyuan International! Scelgo con decisione di cambiare albergo il giorno dopo, il Radisson Hotel non mi ha deluso! Le dotazioni hardware e i servizi alberghieri non hanno nulla da dire, sono degni del marchio internazionale di catene alberghiere a cinque stelle! La stanza è pulita e igienica, gli articoli da toeletta sono buoni, la doccia a pioggia ha molta acqua, ma la temperatura dell'acqua sembra non essere abbastanza calda! La varietà della colazione è accettabile, la frutta è particolarmente ricca e la zuppa di pasta chiara è particolarmente consigliata! La posizione dell'hotel è un po' fuori città, non c'è posto dove mangiare nelle vicinanze, i miei tre pasti al giorno si risolvono in hotel, anche se il sapore non è buono come quello della terraferma, ma è già buonissimo! Se venite di nuovo a Kashgar la prossima volta, dovete prima scegliere il Radisson Hotel!

Al massimo sono 4 stelle. Dopotutto, la stanza non è abbastanza grande, il prezzo non è economico e il marciapiede è pieno di uno strano odore. La hall dell'hotel ha un bell'aspetto e il ristorante sembra molto avanzato, ovvero 😂 il gusto è troppo grande e il ristorante ha un gusto. E, quando si ordina la sera, bisogna guardare con attenzione il prezzo sul tablet e il prezzo della fatturazione, il mio è un piatto da 20 pezzi! Non va bene 👎 ed è molto lento.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Ricca colazione. Anche la posizione è molto buona, è molto comodo raggiungere la città antica in dieci minuti. Vorrei fare un encomio speciale ad Aikebair nell'ingresso. Abbiamo ricevuto cinque persone dal nostro gruppo. Erano calorosi e premurosi. Grazie!

Outstanding stay. The best place to stay when visiting Kashgar. Hassle free. Conveniently located. Could not ask for more. Jason, Charlie, and Marina had all the answers at the front desk. Their English is impeccable. The restaurant is fabulous, with a terrific breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience! Loved the friendly and very welcoming service (big thanks to Charlie for the smooth and super quick check-in). The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great too. Would definitely come back!

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Friendly staff who speak English and are very happy to help with your trip. Clean rooms and even a bath, that was useful especially in the cold ❄️ Breakfast is ok

Absolutely zero complaints, staff are professional and helpful, hotel is clean, modern, and not too far away from the old city, 10/10 would stay again!

Had an amazing stay in Radisson. The front balcony staff was very patient and kind, the amenities were great (enjoyed swimming pool), amenities were clean and the room was quiet. I made our stay in Kasghar even more pleasant!

‘Charlie’ he is really Good. His service is really professional. He really treats me very well and helps me a lot during my stay in hotel. Good thing is that his English is really Perfect which helps me to understand the procedures of check in and check out as a foreigner.

I really enjoyed my stay here- the room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! I didn’t have time to explore all the amenities but from what I could see, everything looked great.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are excellent with a lovely pool and gym area. There is a fantastic Western style breakfast and the large open spaces in the lobby make this a lovely entrance. It's a little pricier than the Orange hotel though - but I guess for a 5 star it's very good value. There are not many places apparently that accept tourists so this is a bonus. the Orange does though (at the point of writing this) and given their modern feel, location and cost was better value though.
