Fantastic stay Accessible by rental car but well worth it. Big room with all the amenities that makes the stay so complete. Japanese breakfast was great. Will definitely plan to come again but this time for longer and perhaps to play golf as well

Met with welcoming and good service staff, start of a great 2-night stay. The breakfast, Japanese and Western were appetising. There are 2 routes to the hotel by car, both will have narrow and winding country roads at certain stretch to and from the hotel. Can be intimidating drive in the night especially when the days are short from November onwards.

Spacious room with amenities despite abit far from Karuizawa town. Decent breakfast 🤩 Home away from home.

The room is very clean but location quite far from town and have to drive with narrow road in some area.

Good service and breakfast. Can cook in the room. Just a bit far away and the road to the hotel is quite narrow

The accommodation is part of a golf club. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. It has a golf course around the mountain. The place however, is not easy to find and not suitable for driving at night. Even driving out of the area can be a challenge  if you are unfamiliar with the area.

景色非常優美，能夠看到雪景房間地方很大設備充足洗衣機碗碟微波爐雪櫃一應俱全早餐雖然不是自助形式，但是很有儀式感非常精美有公眾浴池可以隨時浸浴非常推薦懂得享受的一家人入住

房間很大 超預期 可以自己買點吃的 自己做 房間有廚房用具 帶乾衣的洗衣機

酒店非常好，尤其是洗衣機乾衣機，球場也不錯，缺點是太偏遠，所有晚餐午餐都要提前3天預訂，對我們來説很不方便，而且英文溝通非常辛苦，但房間還是很新很大。

可以帶狗狗，非常不錯，衞生很滿意
