The hotel overall was clean and efficient and a great operation is running. Staff very kind and attentive!!! We had the all inclusive plan, and they think about everything so it will be most comfortable and convenient to their guests. You can even order food and drinks to the sunbed through the app! Everything was great except for some issues with the massages at the spa. Also wish they were warming the pool and providing more entertainment options for every evening. Very recommended!!

Perfect hotel for great vacation. All the staff was amazing, friendly. Food quality and variety was more then we imagined. You can always find a place next to the pool or in the beach. Second floor rooms with the sea view are stunning. Very clean and friendly hotel. Would recommend for couples.

This Hotel is Fantastic, Superb Facilities, Superb Food and Absolutely Fantastic friendly Helpful Staff. I would like to mention the two ladies in the Spa for a wonderful Spa day. We are now trying to book for August.

Since our arrival on the 30th of August, we were treated with a delicious and refreshing beverage created by Manos, who made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay with a very nice surprise! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The food at the "a la carte" restaurant was very good! We want to give a special thanks to Manos, who made our stay unforgetable!

We checked in and were offered a wonderful, free upgrade for our honeymoon. We ended up staying in Villa Zoe and it was stunning with lots of personal touches such as a bow on the door and sweet treats to celebrate. We cannot thank the staff at the hotel for such a thoughtful gift.

One of the best places ever visited with our family for a summer stay. Elegant building with large swimming pool, private beach and 2 restaurants. The exclusive all included formula club allows you to place your wallet in the safe and enjoy the excellent quality of the food and drinks in one of the 2 restaurants or ordered directly to your seabed via the useful app that you will be invited to download at your arrival to the hotel. Spacious rooms with stunning sea sight. Competence of the personnel (special thanks to the concierge desk) and kindness to follow you in all your needs. The resort is only 13 minutes from the main center of Heraklion so you can easily visit che city, museums or ancient ruins of the Cnosso palace, by requesting a transfer or renting a car, easily available at the hotel. Only negative point: time of our summer holiday quickly running out and have to come back home!😉 Lovely place!

Best Experience ever! Rooms and hotel overall are so clean! The staff (reception, fixers, bar, restaurants, beach) are so friendly!! The staff who works at the beach at service: wow!! Food is also great :) We hat an amazing honeymoon and we cannot wait to come back!

I had a birthday party, organized for 40 friends & family, in April 2024. Planning, as you can imagine, was stressful, but Fei was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was so helpful. The hotel was amazing, peaceful and serene (smelled great!). My biggest compliment goes to the staff - who went out of their way to make our stay so pleasant (my group was always the last to go to bed but the service level did not drop throughout). Loved the food - so much choice! Although I would have loved to see more sea food choices on the menu. The only negative was housekeeping - especially ironing. I was surprised that an iron was not provided. You had to pay extra for this service. which was all well and good, except the ironing was not done satisfactorily. All in all, a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again soon! Thanks, Fei From Amin.

Stayed here recently with my family. We could not fault this resort, the food, location, staff and facilities were excellent. The whole resort is impeccably clean and modern. Nothing was a problem for the staff. Attention to detail was first class, live music every night.

From the moment we stepped into the resort and left we were treated with amazing unbelievable service . A huge thank you to Faye and Liza for fulfilling all our requests . Eliza marianna and Kiki for the best spa treatments we had . Elaine and Sheryl for our own private breakfast which was made fresh everyday . This place is a must and I would recommend to all. The best part of this hotel is the service and friendly smiles everywhere . Thanks sooo much we will be back ☺️

We had a swim up pool room. I’d rate rather good hotel. But you had to wake earlier to take sun beds otherwise they were out for all day. What was good that they added Aperol Sprits to the AI menu. Food was very good! Glasses and cups at the bar were very nice and branded. Barmen worked quickly. Room was really good one

Stunning Perfect holiday. We had 1 week which was not long enough. Hotel, staff and ambiance was unbelievable. Food was excellent every day, Staff always smiling and went above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect holiday. Special thanks go to Drita, Manos, Anna and Elena for making our stay truly memorable. In addition highly recommend visiting the Spa where you come out feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated, special thanks to Maria and Marianne. We are now planning our next visit for 2024. Although very close to the airport and regular aircraft arriving do not let this hinder you from visiting this exquisite Hotel

First thing, the food is superb, we never ate the same meal twice and if we did it was by choice. The a la carte restaraunt is stunning. Everything in the hotel is spotless and the floors are cleaned approx 3 times a day. The bedrooms are lovely, we did have a room issue when we arrived but that was quickly sorted. The pool and private beach are beautiful and the poolside bar is clean and tidy and the staff fabulous. All the members of staff we met were polite and always smiley, nothing was too much trouble. My one gripe is, being an early riser (5am) it would be nice for the pool bar area to have a working coffee machine, there is one there, but no-one could get it working. When the bar closes at midnight there is nowhere to get a hot drink except your room, so that would also be nice for the guys who stay up late. Also, there are not enough tables in the evening outside and some of us had to sit on the edge of the restaraunt, but then they turn the lights off and you are in the dark, not good when playing cards. Other than that, we are booking again to return.
