Buon servizio.Clean, Wide Parking. Ci sono molti posti, quindi è buono per rilassarsi. Il set è giusto e la posizione è buona. Solo una carenza. I servizi come il riscaldamento d'acqua sono problematici a volte non possono essere utilizzati a volte. E per la televisione, ci saranno molte tracce.Grazie.

The hotel should just be downgraded to a 2 star hotel. It's so bad in every aspect that I didn't know where to start. It's a disappointment. We booked 5 rooms, and out of 5, 4 rooms had issues. 1 room has mouldy smell so bad that from the outside of the room we can already smell. The other 3 have cockroach issues, there is a dead cockroach lying on top of the bed. We inform the receptionist regarding this issue and none of them apologize for this, they only put air freshener in the room. But then, even after housekeeping, the cockroach is still lying on top of the bed. Wasting of my time to go for another complaint if there is no job done. This should not happen in a 4 star hotel. Then, the shower is broken, we need to modify ourselves so that we can shower. They only provide 1 pillow. There are other 3 star hotels that provide 2 pillows without request. One of the bedsheets is torn. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wifi is not available in the room. Limited connectivity. I paid extra money to change from a 3 star hotel to this hotel, and its not worth it at all. I paid extra for worst service.
