Hotel in zona Spring №7 Rusalka, Karlovy Vary

L'hotel Boston si trova nella bella città antica di Karlsbad, con una scala con le belle chilometri di flangia vicino al Café Goethe e al Geysir pubblico. La ricezione dell'hotel che è arrivato un po' negli anni era amichevole e la nostra camera ci piaceva. Non c'era un cuoco d'acqua nella stanza, ma su richiesta della reception ci è stata cucinata acqua per preparare il tè. La colazione è stata servita in forma di buffet e abbastanza semplice. Non era un hotel di lusso, tuttavia abbiamo trovato qualcosa di divertente che la signora che ha fatto il servizio di colazione lo faceva in giù grigio. Prezzo prestazione era molto buona. La doccia era vuota e non c'era gel di doccia.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, which is really 4 villas inter joined. Room was spacious and elegant. Large pool, 2 saunas and pools. Room to sit outside in garden. Food was good. Really excellent breakfast buffet and dinner buffet was surprisingly good, though little expensive. Dining room self lacks charm. Very zealous staff who clear everything swiftly. Hotel was quite empty so plenty of room. If full may feel crowded. Parking is a bit expensive but little other choice nearby. Center is 10-15 min walk away. Felt nice to be able to leave the busyness behind, retreating up the hill to the hotel. A treat to stay here, feeling like a fairytale park in the hills.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem hundefreundlichen Hotel, was die Auswahl oft schon wieder ein bisschen einschränkt. Beim Hotel Palacky überzeugten hauptsächlich die Lage und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel befindet sich in traumhafter Lage direkt in der Stará Louka, der ”Flaniermeile” Karlsbads. Sowohl die berühmten Kolonnaden als auch der Eingang zur Seilbahn Richtung Aussichtsturm ”Diana” befinden sich fast um die Ecke. Schlafen konnte ich in den Betten erstaunlicherweise sehr gut und kann mich den Beschwerden zumindest in diesem Punkt nicht anschließen. Nun zu den Punkten, die leider negativ aufgefallen sind: Zum Check-In war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, unser Schlüssel lag zusammen mit einem Infoschreiben auf dem Tresen - das ist zwar unkompliziert, jedoch hätte jeder einfach hereinkommen und in unser gebuchtes Zimmer ”einziehen” können, da nichts vorgezeigt oder kontrolliert werden musste (wie auch?!). Das Zimmer selbst war groß und verfügte über einen zusätzlichen Flur und getrenntes Bad und WC - was ich persönlich sehr komfortabel finde. Leider wurde das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Es muss nicht jeden Tag ein Großputz stattfinden, das macht man zu Hause schließlich auch nicht. Auch das tägliche Wechseln der Handtücher finde ich unnötig. Aber wenn man einen Hund dabei hat und das gesamte Zimmer mit Teppich ausgelegt ist, wäre ein wenig Staubsaugen schon angebracht gewesen. Auch der Müll sollte geleert werden, denn es gab für das gesamte Zimmer lediglich einen kleinen Hygieneeimer in der Toilette - dort musste dann notgedungen alles entsorgt werden, was an Abfällen anfiel. Der Vorrat an Toilettenpapier sollte auch zwischendurch einmal kontrolliert und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt werden. In der Fensterscheibe unseres Zimmers entdeckten wir einen ziemlich großen Riss - gefährlich und unansehnlich! Was allerdings täglich gereinigt wurde, war das Restaurant welches sich im Hotel befindet. Dort wurde täglich zur Frühstückszeit gestaubsaugt, sodass man während des Essens immer dem Lärm ausgesetzt war, da sich das Restaurant - mit offener Decke - direkt unter dem Frühstückraum befindet. Selbstverständlich ist es lobenswert und auch akzeptabel, dass täglich gestaubsaugt wird, allerdings frage ich mich, ob man das nicht absprechen und anders planen kann. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr - vielleicht kann man zuerst andere Tätigkeiten verrichten und ab 10 Uhr staubsaugen? Durch die Raumaufteilung des Hauses hat man zwangsläufig den Eindruck, dass direkt neben dem Esstisch gesaugt wird. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man sollte in dieser Preis- und Hotelkategorie auch keinen Luxus erwarten. Es war ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden, es wurde immer nachgefüllt und man wurde satt - zu Hause habe ich auch keine 5 Brotsorten vorrätig, die ich täglich serviere. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an Obst wäre jedoch schön gewesen (es gab täglich Äpfel, aber mehr auch nicht). Leider gibt es keinen hoteleigenen Parkplatz - das sollte man

Stayed here for a few nights for work during the 57th Karlovy Vary Film Festival. I liked this hotel although it was pretty hard to judge it properly as the entire place was PACKED due to the film festival with all areas and many floors of the hotel being used by companies and displays. It is a bit of an oddity in Karlovy Vary as it's a modern 15 floor tower / conference centre in a town full of Czech old world buildings (I can only imagine the uproar when they planned it). So it's a hotel that also has Spa / Medical Treatment / Swimming pool, thermal pool / pool party / conference centre and restaurants. It seems to be modern by local standards - I was in a superior room with a balcony on the 13th floor with great views. The room had all the mod cons available in most decent hotels, good wi-fi, USB Power outlets, nice firm bed, good regular housekeeping. One thing I noticed was that the beds didn't have a separate sheet, only a fitted sheet and then a throw over dooner - no big deal, just different. Downstairs restaurant doing breakfast / lunch / dinner with a lot of options and really good wait staff. There's a large separate building (accessed by hill climbing elevator) that has an outdoor heated pool, thermal pool, saunas, change facilities - there was also a Pool Party with DJ, bar etc on the weekend days / nights (I assume that's just in summer or just during the film festival). I believe you get complimentary access to the pools /saunas for a couple of hours every day of your stay - I used it every morning for laps, it was great. In the pool complex there's also a decent restaurant with amazing views. As I said, the place was packed and the staff all seemed to handle it well. Everything you could want outside the hotel is a short walk away and there's SO many restaurants / bars etc to choose from. Karlovy Vary wasn't on my list of places to visit, but now that I've been there I'd consider going back.

I visited this medical Spa without a hotel reservation, in order to get some relaxation, treatment and other possible activates that may be beneficial for the body and health. it was June 2023 after I found the castle Spa closed. I spoke to the reception who told me that they don't have any medical offers like the castle spa, but they only treat the patients that staying at the hotel depending on the condition they came for. Anyway, they allowed me to enter the medical spa and see what possible procedure I can have. They choose for me 6 procedures as per the availability and don't need a doctor consultation. I remember 3 of them which were… Thai massage – Oxygen therapy – Bubbly Magnesium bath.. In additional to use the Sauna, steam and swimming pool. Io e mia moglie piacevano molto a questo hotel, che è un hotel di quattro stelle, situato in un edificio storico, il tetto di questo edificio è molto alto, l'hotel è grande e molto forte. E'a circa 1.25 chilometri dal caldo, quindi devi andare per un sentiero, respirare aria fresca e godere del paesaggio di Carovi Fari.Ci piace molto.Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti vicino, ci sono molti turisti qui, perché vicino al quartiere residenziale e alle aree governative. Il servizio è attento, le procedure di soggiorno sono molto brevi, e ci sentiamo molto bene vivere qui.

A partire dalla posizione, centro città e le principali attrazioni a piedi. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose. La cucina ha tutto quello che ti serve per un soggiorno più lungo (dischi, accessori da cucina, microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, ecc.), ci è anche una lavatrice. Abbondante spazio per rimuovere il bagaglio. Check-in e check-out facile e senza complicati. Posso raccomandare questo posto.

The hotel is excellent in terms of price-quality ratio. We were on holiday with a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The room was executive - studio No. 14. Immediately upon entering the hotel you are greeted by a very pleasant aroma. We were greeted by a Russian-speaking girl and shown to the room. And everything was thought out. In the kitchen there are all the utensils for cooking, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave oven, a hob, a washing machine (powder) Coffee, tea, sugar sticks. (thank you, very nice). There are 3 smart TVs in the room, you can easily connect phone or turn on YouTube. The bathroom is clean, without fungus, snow - white towels, cotton swabs and cosmetic discs. As a child there was enough space for everyone. The bed linen is also snow-white and clean. There are a lot of books in Russian, in general it’s as cozy as home. I can talk about the noise I won’t say anything, since on weekdays we lived on the 5th floor. By the way, there was no sink in the room, the staff solved the problem in a matter of minutes. As a bonus, there are 2 rooms with a photo of the area on the 0th floor. Overall, our family was satisfied and recommends the hotel ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
