10 star for this hotel and customer service. I booked a 5x night stay in this hotel for my mum and her partner, for 70th birthday, and everything from start to bottom was absolutely perfect. Customer service as great as it can only get. Rooms stunning, restaurant, food, services, spa etc, not a bit that would need improving. Everything absolutely fabulous. I can only recommend to anyone who would like to visit Karlovy Vary. Thank you to all the staff in Corso hotel with all the help I needed during the booking, and my mum during her stay with you.

La posizione e la vista sono fantastiche, il parcheggio è difficile da raggiungere al retro dell'hotel su una collina molto forte. Ma ci sono stati e c'erano parcheggi liberi Il personale era amichevole, le competenze linguistiche inglese alla reception erano quasi inesistenti, ma siamo riusciti a ottenere con bene buon cibo per colazione e cena, considerando il basso prezzo di mezzo tavolo. Per quanto riguarda il cibo dell'hotel, la qualità e la buona selezione sono stati ragionevoli. Parcheggio accanto a me, anche se avevo dentato la sua macchina con la mia porta e l'hotel gli aveva dato il mio numero di stanza direttamente piuttosto che contattarmi che era disturbante non rispettare la mia privacy e poi è stato disturbato da un parlante tedesco che insisteva che io Fortunatamente, con le mie capacità di comunicazione, potevo spiegargli che era fisicamente impossibile e lui accettava che altrimenti il grande posto super posizione molto più conveniente di hotel Pupp e migliore posizione

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in late September, ‘22. It is just the kind of place we like – lots of character and charm, small yet large enough to provide privacy, a number of upscale features without being exclusively expensive. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The location is excellent, near the Grand Hotel Pupp, at the beginning of the river promenade, not far from the Opera House. There are many shops and restaurants nearby along the promenade on both sides of the river. The hotel has a number of reserved parking spaces along the promenade, and more in a lot nearby. The lobby/bar area is cozy and there is an excellent restaurant that connects with the lobby (we ate there one night and recommend it highly). The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room (201) was very large, with windows facing the river and promenade. It was tastefully decorated with period-style furniture. There was a comfortable 4-poster canopy king bed, two night stands minibar, desk, two arm chairs and a small table, a sofa, and a large armoire with safe in the entry way. The large marble-tiled bathroom was very attractive, with a separate tub & shower, and a nice amount of counter and shelf space. The room had radiator heat which was effective and responsive. There wasn’t a.c. but this would likely be unnecessary most of the time. Wife was strong and fast. Breakfast was served in a very pleasant central atrium area and was excellent. Overall, we recommend the Embassy very highly if you like a smaller hotel with character, comfort, and good service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I visited this medical Spa without a hotel reservation, in order to get some relaxation, treatment and other possible activates that may be beneficial for the body and health. it was June 2023 after I found the castle Spa closed. I spoke to the reception who told me that they don't have any medical offers like the castle spa, but they only treat the patients that staying at the hotel depending on the condition they came for. Anyway, they allowed me to enter the medical spa and see what possible procedure I can have. They choose for me 6 procedures as per the availability and don't need a doctor consultation. I remember 3 of them which were… Thai massage – Oxygen therapy – Bubbly Magnesium bath.. In additional to use the Sauna, steam and swimming pool. I regretted not getting the two-hour Thai massage session available in the designated Thai shops within the town, along with all the other services attached to it. it will be better, comfortable and satisfaction.

Loved our stay! Comfortable bed and pillows and nice spa area. The hotel gives huge Overlook vibes (if you have ever seen The Shining), with extremely wide and long corridors. All very tasteful, very impressive marble staircase, but still has an authentic behind-the-iron curtain cold-war feeling. Excellent cocktails in the piano bar in the evening, very much recommended. Breakfast was plentiful, but could have more vegetarian/vegan options.

Io e mia moglie piacevano molto a questo hotel, che è un hotel di quattro stelle, situato in un edificio storico, il tetto di questo edificio è molto alto, l'hotel è grande e molto forte. E'a circa 1.25 chilometri dal caldo, quindi devi andare per un sentiero, respirare aria fresca e godere del paesaggio di Carovi Fari.Ci piace molto.Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti vicino, ci sono molti turisti qui, perché vicino al quartiere residenziale e alle aree governative. Il servizio è attento, le procedure di soggiorno sono molto brevi, e ci sentiamo molto bene vivere qui.

The hotel is excellent in terms of price-quality ratio. We were on holiday with a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The room was executive - studio No. 14. Immediately upon entering the hotel you are greeted by a very pleasant aroma. We were greeted by a Russian-speaking girl and shown to the room. And everything was thought out. In the kitchen there are all the utensils for cooking, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave oven, a hob, a washing machine (powder) Coffee, tea, sugar sticks. (thank you, very nice). There are 3 smart TVs in the room, you can easily connect phone or turn on YouTube. The bathroom is clean, without fungus, snow - white towels, cotton swabs and cosmetic discs. As a child there was enough space for everyone. The bed linen is also snow-white and clean. There are a lot of books in Russian, in general it’s as cozy as home. I can talk about the noise I won’t say anything, since on weekdays we lived on the 5th floor. By the way, there was no sink in the room, the staff solved the problem in a matter of minutes. As a bonus, there are 2 rooms with a photo of the area on the 0th floor. Overall, our family was satisfied and recommends the hotel ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Questo era un buon hotel con grandi strutture e grandi cibo. Dopo una cattiva esperienza qualche mese fa volevamo dargli un altro tentativo. Ora vorrei non... L'hotel è in modo di risparmio. Siamo stati freddi nelle nostre stanze, usammo i secchi per riscaldare le stanze, dovemmo prendere dei bianchi da altre stanze per passare la notte. Ora sto scrivendo questo dalla sala colazione dove gli ospiti usano giacche e giacche per proteggerli dal freddo. Il buffet è quasi vuoto e cerchiamo di lasciare asap. Il personale è molto frustrato dalla situazione. Faranno tutto quello che possono, ma il riscaldamento dell'hotel è fuori uso e il fuoco rimane fuori uso. Tutto per evitare qualsiasi costo. apparentemente il proprietario non dà... sui loro ospiti e i loro riferimenti online.. Se si pensa di provare Cihelny in futuro... non. Salvati da congelatore 🥶

Devo dire che non c'era nessuna ricostruzione vicino, quindi abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di prendere un bel pomeriggio; l'hotel è molto vicino al centro, ma ancora tranquillo!!! Beh, è vero che è più in alto, ma è perfettamente accessibile da un taxi che ci ha sempre preso davanti all’edificio. Non dimenticate di visitare il loro spa privato! Tutto era così pulito e nuovo; ci sentivamo come nel cielo. Era una cera in cima. In generale abbiamo avuto una grande impressione dell'hotel!!

UUtente ospiteStayed here for a few nights for work during the 57th Karlovy Vary Film Festival. I liked this hotel although it was pretty hard to judge it properly as the entire place was PACKED due to the film festival with all areas and many floors of the hotel being used by companies and displays. It is a bit of an oddity in Karlovy Vary as it's a modern 15 floor tower / conference centre in a town full of Czech old world buildings (I can only imagine the uproar when they planned it). So it's a hotel that also has Spa / Medical Treatment / Swimming pool, thermal pool / pool party / conference centre and restaurants. It seems to be modern by local standards - I was in a superior room with a balcony on the 13th floor with great views. The room had all the mod cons available in most decent hotels, good wi-fi, USB Power outlets, nice firm bed, good regular housekeeping. One thing I noticed was that the beds didn't have a separate sheet, only a fitted sheet and then a throw over dooner - no big deal, just different. Downstairs restaurant doing breakfast / lunch / dinner with a lot of options and really good wait staff. There's a large separate building (accessed by hill climbing elevator) that has an outdoor heated pool, thermal pool, saunas, change facilities - there was also a Pool Party with DJ, bar etc on the weekend days / nights (I assume that's just in summer or just during the film festival). I believe you get complimentary access to the pools /saunas for a couple of hours every day of your stay - I used it every morning for laps, it was great. In the pool complex there's also a decent restaurant with amazing views. As I said, the place was packed and the staff all seemed to handle it well. Everything you could want outside the hotel is a short walk away and there's SO many restaurants / bars etc to choose from. Karlovy Vary wasn't on my list of places to visit, but now that I've been there I'd consider going back.

Located right on the colonnade, you're in for a real treat - I was lucky enough to have a breathtaking view of the historic Karlovy Vary! :) The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, providing us with great recommendations on what to do in the city. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast selection was rich and satisfying. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a romantic weekend getaway or a rejuvenating family stay. :)

la città è molto bella, si percepisce che ha vissuto un passato splendido. oggi ci si chiede cosa ci si venga a fare. questo pessimo hotel aiuta molto a serbare un ricordo indimenticabile della città. sul sito si parla di una magnifica piscina e spa, ma non sono in hotel. bisogna prendere corridoi sotterranei da bunker per raggiungere una spa condivisa tra molti hotel. c'è un minuscolo parcheggio, ma si riempe in fretta e poi sono cavoli tuoi, perchè è piu facile parcheggiare a new york. c'è una colazione, ma è molto meglio nutrirsi di bacche e radici. c'è del personale, ma è molto difficile che ti rispondano o ti rivolgano uno sguardo. camera piccola, piuttosto sporca, con nessuna comodità. veramente, cosa ci sono venuto a fare?

XX9134XB_Abbiamo pagato una prenotazione all'Hotel Petr il maggio 2020, ma covid-19 e frontiere chiuse non ci hanno dato l'opportunità di venire a KV. Money Hotel Petr rifiutato! Nella primavera del 2021 le frontiere erano ancora chiuse. Su richiesta di trasferire la nostra prenotazione in un momento conveniente per noi - MAGGIO o estate 2022 - Hotel Petr ha anche rifiutato! Solo fino alla fine del 2021. Ma è impossibile! Ho prenotato il maggio, e in autunno e in inverno non posso andare a riposare! Tutti i servizi aerei e gli hotel prenotati ci hanno restituito i soldi. L'hotel a Praga ha trasferito la nostra prenotazione fino a dicembre 2022. Solo l'Hotel Petr non vuole andare alla riunione e non solo non restituisce i soldi, ma rifiuta anche di trasferire la prenotazione alle date convenienti per noi! Booking.com rifiuta anche di aiutare i suoi utenti permanenti. Male e vergognose, Petr Hotel!!!
