Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort

No no no! Strongly not recommended hotel. Awful service in the restaurant. Daniel the waiter was terrible and unpleasent! The next day blonde waitres told me at 10.06 that I will not receive more water to drink as the breakfast is till 10.00 and it is over. Our key card was set only till noon the next day, as it was difficult to set it for 2 nights, so we need to wait in the reception for another setting. In the reception is only a "trainee" for all day, who works here only 3 weeks and do not know how hotel should work. He called us in the morning and asked to immediately pay for the massage which is... in the afternoon later that day! At the room there is no, botteled water, amanities, even earpads nor kettle and AC doesnt work properly. It would be unfair to say that all the hotel is 1* as the food is super tasty and spa is really enjoyble. There is no manager in here who will tell the employee how the hotel shoul be organized.

It's a Really great place to spend a weekend, or more. We have been there in a winter time, so I can just imagine how gorgeous it could be in a summer time. It was a birthday celebrations, so everything was really on a top level - starting from services, cousine, waiters, atmosphere etc. For sure I'll be back, Cihelny!

Great, we go to Cihelen repeatedly. The golf course is beautiful, the hotel rooms are modern with perfect beds, a friendly atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Ideal for relaxation with golf activities combined with wellness. We recommend it to everyone.

Nice location, nice building but poor service. I was told they have kingsize mattress and 1 piece finally it was two pieces with a difference of 10 cm between the mattresses. When ordering no one actively really came, young team and unexperienced. Having soo much space they could really make a nice SPA area, two Saunas only, pretty small and in the relax area outside you only see four walls. Perfect location and nice building as such but the smaller things that make the big difference were simply missing.

Ein großes Lob an den F&B Mgr Alex, sein gekonntes Arbeiten mit und um den Gast hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man merkt das Alex seinen Job mit Liebe macht und weiß wie man als guter Gastgeber seine Gäste umsorgt! Er hat unseren Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis gemacht, indem er uns Empfehlungen ausgesprochen hat welche wir dankbar annahmen. Seine Freundlichkeit und hilfsbereite Art hat uns überzeugt, wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank dafür !
Ebenso die freundliche Servicekraft Julia hat uns den Tag beim Frühstück richtig umsorgt und es war uns eine Freude von ihr bedient zu werden, vielen Dank! -Im Saunabereich fehlen Handtücher, unpraktisch diese jedesmal vom Zimmer mitzunehmen.Ein kleinwenig auf die Sauberkeit in den Saunen achten,Tip: die Lüftung in der herbal Sauna.
-das es keine Regionale Spezialitäten gab und wenn auch nur als „Tages- oder Wochenangebot“, wenn man länger im Hotel ist,wird die Speisekarte immer kleiner 😉
-wir sind beide Raucher, und wenn es draußen kalt ist, gibt es kaum windstille Ecken oder eine „geschützte“ Raucherecke.
-ebenso wenn man die Sonne am Morgen genießen könnte, fehlt zumindest ein Stehtisch um den Kaffee und die Zigarette genießen zu können.

Останавливался в этом отеле и столкнулся с рядом проблем. При бронировании я случайно заказал номер на одного человека вместо двоих. После получения подтверждения сразу отправил отелю письмо с просьбой изменить бронирование, но мне отказали и выставили счет на сумму, превышающую стандартную цену в пять раз. В номере было холодно, несмотря на то, что обогрев был включен на всю мощность. На стене была вмятина, кресло было порвано и одна из его ножек была сломана. Ведро в туалете было также сломано. Завтраки были весьма скромными по сравнению с другими трёхзвёздочными отелями. Парковочное место было покрыто льдом, и его никто не чистил. Надеюсь, что руководство отеля примет меры для улучшения условий проживания и обслуживания.
