Booked this place for my mum 70th birthday and her partner . Excellent communication throughout.my mum did not want to come back home. Loved absolutely everything about it. Pure heaven, apparently. I can very much recommend to everyone. You will be spoiled and treated like a royalty .

10 star for this hotel and customer service. I booked a 5x night stay in this hotel for my mum and her partner, for 70th birthday, and everything from start to bottom was absolutely perfect. Customer service as great as it can only get. Rooms stunning, restaurant, food, services, spa etc, not a bit that would need improving. Everything absolutely fabulous. I can only recommend to anyone who would like to visit Karlovy Vary. Thank you to all the staff in Corso hotel with all the help I needed during the booking, and my mum during her stay with you.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is new, stylish, clean and comfy. The walls are thin though and we could hear everything going on next door, which also means they could probably hear us. The spa was fully booked so we sat around the pool. It is very zen-like however the pool was lukewarm at best. With the hotsprings in town, i was expecting a warmer pool. The facilities are limited without a spa treatment. The pool, steamroom and sauna were available without a spa package but were very small. Overall we came at the end of September and I found this to be good value. I would come again but would book a massage well in advance of arriving.

Was für ein schönes Hotel, modern und schön hell gestaltet. Zimmer groß und geräumig, es wirkte neu. Wellness Bereich klein aber geschmackvoll. Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück ausreichend für jeden etwas dabei. Im Zimmer selbst gab es ein Wasser zur Begrüßung. Parkplätze sind tatsächlich ein Problem, dies weiß man aber vorher, da es in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Karlsbad liegt.

Das Hotel in Karlsbad ist zweifellos das Beste in der Umgebung und hat eine einzigartige Ausstrahlung. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Goethes Gasthaus, was besonders faszinierend ist, da Goethe Karlsbad als eine der drei Städte bezeichnete, in denen er gerne leben würde. Die Tatsache, dass das Hotel freie Nutzung von Sauna und Wellnessanlagen bietet, macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt bietet es ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Karlovy Vary. Superbe déco contemporaine. Et chambres spacieuses et également très confortables. Les massages sont juste géniaux avec une Massagiste très professionnelle. Il y aussi quelques petits détails à revoir : 1/ le petit déjeuner industriel, sans goût et sans charme 2/ le spa et la piscine sont super (allez y le matin) mais les installations sont petites donc rapidement surchargées l’après midi 3/ l’accueil est vraiment très gentil mais on sent le personnel très fatigué, usé. La manager à l’accueil fait vraiment de son mieux pour les clients mais elle semble à bout de force. Peut être la direction pourrait elle prendre sur sa marge pour recruter plus de personnel et aider les salariés déjà en place ??? 4/ petits détails : coffre fort hors service dans la chambre et store cassé. Dommage pour un 4 étoiles 5/ la visite de gens extérieurs à l’hôtel soit disant pour contrôler l’extincteur de la chambre à 10h du matin sans que la direction ne prévienne les clients. Est ce normal ???

Ein schönes kleines Hotel mit 25 Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Es wirkt alles sehr neu, modern und sauber. Sehr schön neuer Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna und Dampfbad. Wir hatten ein super Angebot für 100€ das Doppelzimmer pro Nacht, also top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone der Stadt und trotzdem leise weil nach hinten raus. Zusätzlich ist auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte etwas unprofessional und die Verständigung auf Englisch war schwieriger. Das Frühstück lässt sich noch optimieren ist aber ok. Keine hochwertigen Lebensmittel und keine großen Auswahl. Problematisch ist auch das Parken, was aber im ganzen Viertel schwierig ist. Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren extrem enttäuscht. Wir haben ein Apartment gebucht und haben uns auf den Urlaub so gefreut, haben aber beim Check-In lediglich ein "normales" Doppelzimmer bekommen. Obwohl wir eine schriftliche(!) Bestätigung von der Directorin Lenka Sobkova bekommen haben, dass uns ein Apartment zur Verfügung steht, hieß es dann "beide Apartments sind belegt". Was ist das für ein Service? Was ist das für ein Management? Es war somit nicht der Urlaub, den wir uns gewünscht haben, und das Hotel ist das Geld überhaupt nicht wert. Eine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels kam übrigens nicht! Weder mündlich noch schriftlich!
