La stanza di visibilità del giardino, la stanza è molto grande di quanto immaginato, in realtà è due camere con balcone intorno all'angolo, e un ristorante di cucina, con un piede di 780 metri quadrati. Anche se non sul mare, la vista della montagna è bella, il cielo è alto, il cieco è vivace, e dopo essere rimasto, il pioggia è stato catturato, durato per un'ora o due. Oltre alla grande stanza, altre carenze sono buone e stupefacenti, in generale vecchie, piscina, spiaggia piccola, e tra loro c'è ancora un canale di blocco con muri di separazione, che è più vicino al mare. C'è una piccola piazza di mercato notturno composto da diversi auto da pranzo vicino al piano inferiore, e diversi commercianti vendono T-shirt e bobine di legno manuale.Il livello complessivo dell'hotel è 3～4 stelle, l'esperienza è generale, il rapporto prezzo è ancora buono, non è molto raccomandato.

Tag line: you don't get what you pay for at this location. Family of four with 8 and 5 year olds, on day 3 of 8 booked at this location and highly disappointed. Full disclosure, we travel as a family and are on a good schedule of vacationing every 4-6 months with school and work schedules. Therefore, we do seek out higher end, nice, clean, family friendly resorts with hopefully, several and good amenities and food options. For about the last 2 years, we've been doing all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, so wanted to get back to Hawaii and try some locations we hadn't seen or been to yet. We settled on Maui and I read tons of reviews to pick a resort - I wish I had taken the reviews for the Ritz more seriously, because they are spot on. Why? For a 4+ star resort, you get nothing as you would expect. The grounds are beautiful and quite large and the hotel is clean. However, amenities are beyond subpar and service is rare. Admittedly, it started off to a bad start as we had booked through American Express expecting all of the normal - breakfast buffet included and complimentary room upgrade. No. Husband spent over 30 minutes on the phone at check in (after a 7 hour flight, 3 hour difference travel with 2 kids 👿) only for the hotel to speak directly with the AE rep and for reasons still unknown, decline both. Ok, we'll pony up for breakfast and work with AE separately and our room is a partial ocean view, although extremely small, but we'll live. Pools: There really isn't much pool side service. There are 2, maybe 3 servers who work all of the pools. You can order and be served poolside food and drink, but be prepared to wait . . . and wait . . . Servers and bars/food do not begin until at least 11am. (Yes, we're on vacation, we like booze and good food on vacation and our bodies are still 3 hours ahead, so 11am feels very late and extremely lacking.) Shout out to Marvin, server at the pool, cause he really is working hard! The cabanas did seem to have slightly better service. We usually go with a cabana everyday, but without the AE perks, and having no problems getting seats, including an umbrella around the pool, it actually seems like a waste of money this trip and we probably won't. Food: so far restaurants on the grounds are good. Yes, reviews are correct - they are expensive. Granted, Maui/Hawaii is expensive, but having eaten off the grounds, including 4-5+ star restaurants, food and drink prices are more expensive without being upgraded or better. If you like to eat and like variety, the breakfast buffet is legit. Our 2 kids love it, having lots of choices and actually eat, including the 5 year old, who eats like a hummingbird. Thank goodness, because at $50 something bucks a person, yes, that's right - kids are not discounted, at least it's not a total $$ waste. Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso hotel per il nostro viaggio di nozze nel settembre 2016. Un sogno! Abbiamo scelto la camera fronte oceano e questo ci ha permesso di avere incluso una piccola ma ottima colazione ( diversa da quella servita nella sala principale). Ottimi i ristoranti interni per il pranzo mentre a cena abbiamo usufruito della navetta per lahaina e scelto tra i vari ristoranti locali. Vale il viaggio il bagno tra le testuggini, proprio di fronte all’hotel!

Così buono. - Il miglior hotel. È spazioso, la piscina, le passeggiate sono buone. Il bagno doveva essere prenotato, ci sono stati molti animali e ... divertente. Potrei giocare tutto il giorno in hotel. Il villaggio di Outlet Wales è anche vicino. Sembra essere il migliore.

Il Kanapali Beach Hotel è situato nel centro della zona di Kanapali. Fornisce un centro di attività dove si possono affittare sedie da salón e ombrello per la spiaggia. Ci sono una tassa per questo servizio. La piscina è piccola ma la maggior parte delle persone vanno alla spiaggia comunque. Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli e benvenuti.

RE: RES#508982 and 508982. The purpose of this letter is to review our status with Vistana and to offer our review of the treatment we received on our last stay. These bookings were discussed with Vistana Owner Services and were supposed to provide for contiguous rooms. Instead, my family was forced to move on the second day. For two days we were held hostage by South management and could not enjoy our vacation. The attitude was that our bookings were not as important as someone coming into the facility on a rental or exchange basis. Instead of an ocean view deluxe we were placed in rooms overlooking the parking lot in Bldg 3 and the kiddy pool in building 2. As Platinum members we pay maintenance fees on deluxe ocean view and in my last two stays we were in lesser quarters. We have considered that since the take over by Marriott, our status no longer exists. As Platinum members we were able to check in early and check out late. That no longer exists under Marriott. Receiving Platinum status required a significant outlay of money for additional time shares. While we use them extensively, it is money poorly spent when Marriott can change the rules at their sole discretion. In the 19 years we have been coming to Maui we have watched the quality of service and amenities being degraded and benefits removed from our status. Specific areas where the quality of service has been affected. We voiced our complaint to one manager (Sabrina) and she indicated she would handle the situation. Upon checking back with the front desk we were told that Sabrina was not available so we were met by Julie who indicated that she would expedite the cleaning and move to building 2. THEN she was not available and we were serviced by one of the front desk personnel. It took over four hours to get into our new room. The lack of a quality restaurant (Pelihu) also demeans the characterization of a “luxury” resort. Relying on Auntie’s Kitchen and Pailolo for meals is definitely not luxury amenities. Also, your prices have gone out sight for basic food. In our first room, 3313/15, many basic kitchen supplies have been removed leaving empty cupboards. There was no wine bottle opener in the room and we had to go to the bar to get it opened. In 2110 there was no frying pan available and we had to borrow one from 2108. Housekeeping took over 40 minutes to deliver one to 2110. It is doubtful we will ever return to Westin Ka'anapali. It's character has changed from a luxury resort to a Motel 6. A Maui, in questo splendido resort di Kapalua, abbiamo avuto una famiglia meravigliosa che si è allontanata da noi. Da l'iscrizione e il servizio da parte del desktop della campana e del valet, alla squadra di servizio della stanza e alle persone che si trovano nella piscina, tutti in possesso della proprietà erano così amichevoli e benvenuti. Abbiamo spogliato sulla villa di 3 camere da letto con piscina privata e tubo caldo e nessuno di noi voleva davvero lasciare la stanza. La lanai è grande e rilassante e abbastanza lontano dal centro della proprietà che si sentiva davvero come se avessimo avuto tutto il resort a noi stessi. Era un vero trattamento avere il nostro parcheggio riservato solo passi dalla porta anteriore. Ci sono state alcune scelte di proprietà per i nostri cibi e bevande, uno dei preferiti è quello delle bevande e dei snack nella piscina principale. Per una ”spostarsi da tutto” tipo di vacanza, non riesco a immaginare un posto più magico.

L'hotel è molto grande, proprio al mare, e ha le caratteristiche di sé. Ci sono pirati, pirati. È speciale una stanza che può vedere la piscina del pirati. Ogni giorno aprire la finestra può vedere questi piccoli elfi giocare particolarmente felice in acqua! L'hotel è molto grande, il servizio di trasporto del bagaglio e simili non è così positivo, principalmente per molte persone, il parcheggio è anche autoassistenza e può essere pagato, ma non penso che ne abbia bisogno, ma è molto conveniente. Posso andare in camera con un piccolo treno. Il personale della ricezione vi dirà dove andare, E il design del piccolo treno è molto umano, le scale del treno sono piatte e molto conveniente.L'hotel ha anche una barca da crociera, si può sedersi al sito e girare un lato. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti dell'hotel, tutti i tipi di pasticceria, e si può uscire dalla zona di vita della porta, ci sono negozi, stazioni di benzina, supermercati, e tutti i tipi di pasticceria. Alcuni dicono che le grandi isole non sono così, è un'isola molto caratteristica, e la zona di vita è molto matura. L'hotel è una zona molto perfetta. Dopo aver entrato, lo spazio può cadere l'isola di Maui in secondo luogo, e la periferia è molto caratteristica, è tutta una terra di guancia.
