Inizialmente sono andato perché la posizione era buona, ma non appena mi sono sdraiato sul letto, ho sentito un forte odore di sudore. Ho annusato attentamente che qualcuno era sdraiato su uno dei cuscini e c'era un odore molto puzzolente di sudore rimasto dietro. Ho detto al bancone che l'avevo cambiato con un altro. Per i cuscini, il cameriere ha cambiato con riluttanza il copripiumino e le lenzuola dopo avergli chiesto di farlo. Il copripiumino stava ancora lavando il pavimento davanti a noi, il che ha reso l'igiene esperienza molto scarsa. All'inizio volevo evitare di imbrogliare, quindi ho scelto un hotel serio, ma ho comunque commesso un errore. Successivamente, il mio collega mi ha chiesto e gli ho consigliato di andare semplicemente all'85 Building e scegliere un hotel no bisogna spendere questi soldi. 

Nice view , good location and , the room very comfortable

Easy transaction and very helpful staff. My room is quiet big,but little dark. And one more concern is the fiber of the bed cover,it’s itchy to my skin.

This hotel is quite busy, likely due to its location at Pier 2, a popular area with tourists. The check-in and check-out process is impressively efficient and automated, taking just a minute, which I appreciated. The breakfast area was definitely the highlight of the stay—there was a great variety of food and coffee, with small changes every day to keep it interesting. The hotel also offers a self-laundry service for TWD100, which is convenient. On the downside, there were a few issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable, as it sank too much, and the bedsheets and towels appeared a bit greyish. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was very mouldy, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Very limited TV channels available. I was looking for sports channels which were not available. We had breakfast included in our room rate, but only went for 1 day out of 3 since the selections are not to our liking.

The room was clean and nice , it was a comfortable stay. The price was also very affordable and the place is close to the pier

Overall experiance are up to expectation looks like a 5 stars hotels from the overall interior design. Location is good and easy access to public transport. The area has parking lot outside and surrouding are less dense during weekday. However, few points need to be noted. Less premium convenience store, room ventilation is less comfort as window are totally sealed, air cond button not reflective breakfast selection are basics.

The hotel is nice and the food is good. The location is awesome.

Really love this hotel! Right beside the famous Bo Er Creative area, and we can literally just spend whole day at this area. Lots of spots, good food and convenient. I will definitely come back to this stay if i ever visit KaoShiung again.

Hotel room was spacious, really good size. Location was also rather convenient. Close to the metro, a park, the sea and also a convenience store. Lots of places to walk around and see in the vicinity.

Good location & very near to light train station , clean & big room. Breakfast is normal.

Our experience at your hotel was extremely unwelcoming. The two male front desk staff on duty on the night of December 31, 2024, were not only unhelpful but also outright rude. The first staff member, a skinny man wearing spectacles, displayed a complete lack of interest in assisting us. When we encountered difficulties with the self-service check-in machine, he made no effort to help and had an indifferent, dismissive attitude when we inquired about disposable toiletries. The second staff member, a plump man, was even more unprofessional. After we called room service to request face and bath towels—since none were provided in our room—he came up personally to question whether we were sure they were missing, as if accusing us of lying or stealing. When confronted, he reluctantly handed over some old, yellowed towels. The next day, the housekeeping staff was visibly shocked by the state of those towels and immediately apologized when we requested fresh replacements. Your hotel's prime location does not excuse poor service. The dismissive and accusatory attitude of your staff is unacceptable. Immediate improvements in staff training and service standards are necessary to ensure guests are treated with the basic courtesy and professionalism expected of any hospitality establishment.
