The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The location of the hotel was all right. The breakfast provided by the hotel was okay. Though, having the steps to enter and exit the hotel breakfast area on the first floor was rather inconvenient and not safe. My elderly mother almost fell down. They should consider certain ways on how to make it safer such as adding a ramp. Also, my elderly step-father actually did fall down in the guest room because the hotel had a step to go up to and down from the bed area. He almost hit his head against the wall. It would be a good idea for the hotel management to consider how to rectify these types of situation.

衛武營演出後的休閒時光，康橋商旅還蠻舒適的，備品齊全，乳液好吸收，分為男生與女生的沐浴用品，很貼心及細心，環境乾淨衛生，雙人床舒適，一覺到天亮，下次想住有浴缸的房型，還會選擇再入住喔！

屋齡較久，房內設施也較老舊
不知道是否因此隔音設備是不好的，隔壁講話的聲音都聽的到
影響休息休閒時間

櫃檯服務很親切，房間乾淨很安靜，浴室備有男女分開的沐浴用品很棒，早餐有服務人員會收走剛用完的餐盤很讚。

這是我第一次住康橋商旅，因為衞武營分館維修電梯，我們就被調配到高雄火車站前站分館。這裏早餐種類多好吃，一樓有24小時免費使用洗衣機和烘乾機，還有免費提供客人冰淇淋和多樣飲品。很棒！

飯店的服務設施餐點都不錯，附近又有衛武營國家藝術文化中心國際級的表演藝術場館,白色波浪外形猶如一艘太空船，造型既前衛又充滿科技感，場館內設有歌劇院、音樂廳、戲劇院、表演廳、餐廳等設施，戶外擁有廣闊的青青草地，鄰近都會公園，為踏青、野餐的好去處,很推薦。

服務人員態度很好～有嬰兒澡盆可以借，很棒！
地理位置方便、冰淇淋吃到飽很讚、有停車場超方便！
房間空間有點小，尤其浴室！隔音很差。
一次性牙刷有點太糟糕…刷一次牙掉5、6根牙刷毛。
整體來說是不錯的，就是有點美中不足。
