Hotel con colazione inclusa a Kaohsiung

Molto bello e pulito. E 'un hotel di nuova costruzione e le strutture sono pulite. Il personale è amichevole e può parlare bene l'inglese. Espanso il mio soggiorno all'hotel e l'amore.

I’m impressed. Excellent ambiance. Spacious room. Lots of varieties of book that one could choose to read. There’re quite a few interesting decors that you want to take photos. Lovely stay. Will definitely recommend to friends. We also had dinner at Papillon, a French restaurant. It was lovely and delicious.

La posizione e il servizio sono molto buoni, e è buono ottenere la aggiornamento della stanza gratuita quando si accede alla serata tardiva.

So why was the cleanliness and service poor. Firstly as being a weekend the price was doubled. Checked in and found the room attendants cleaning cloth in the bathroom drawer. Ok this probably was a mistake so why did the carpet need another vacuum after finding multiple crumbs! Made a complaint to the reception staff and they resent the room staff to revacuum. No compensation was offered. I won't stay here again.

Grande posizione, proprio intorno alla stazione Gaoxiong! Il servizio è davvero buono, il personale è molto amichevole! Era scettico all'inizio, perché è tecnicamente un 3 hotel di partenza, ma sicuramente meglio di alcuni dei 4 servizi di partenza! L'hotel è molto pulito, il colazione è grande varietà! Directamente 25 min tren a piedi dall'aeroporto è un plus!!

È stata la prima cattiva esperienza di prenotazione alberghiera attraverso trip.com. Viaggiato con 2 bambini sotto il 13. Abbiamo guidato a Kaoshiung da Taipei. Arrivato tardi di notte. Non ci sono posti di parcheggio, ma dovete parcheggiare 3 passi all'opuscolo dell'hotel. Pagato TWD100 per entrata il giorno successivo prima di lasciare. L'hotel è buono nelle aree pubbliche, tranne la nostra stanza. Ci è stato dato una stanza al 6° piano. Sembra in costruzione e nessun altro ospite si trovava in quel piano. Se non fossimo quattro insieme, non oso restare da solo. Quello che è stato deluso è la stanza è molto vecchia. Tutto il vecchio stile. Il tappeto è sporco. Dobbiamo indossare i pantaloncini di carta (il peggior pantaloncino dell'hotel che abbia mai visto) per camminare sul tappeto. Abbiamo cercato di spingere un letto sul lato della parete, ma il pavimento sotto il letto è molto sporco, anche trovato un pannolino in plastica (non una coppia). Pensavamo che fosse lasciato dall’ospite precedente e la stanza non era completamente pulita. Il tubo di doccia non funziona bene e l'acqua di potenza debole. Molto deluso. 2 Buoni punti: 1. L'hotel è vicino al mercato notturno: è a soli 3~5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. 2. Il colazione era piuttosto buono.

Great location just a few minutes walking distance from the station to the hotel. 2-single beds room is spacious. Luggage rack is provided. Toilet and shower room are cleaned and tidy 👍🏼 This hotel is highly recommended.

There was the emergency exit sign right inside our room, which was giving off light. Other than that, the room overall was pretty nice and had all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry room in the hotel 24/hrs. No convenience stores in sight of the hotel, would have to walk a while.

There’s nothing to complain. Good Hotel. The breakfast selection isn’t large, but it’s delicious. The room is clean, the water pressure is strong, and the toilet is automatic. We left our bags there for a night while we went out of town, and when we returned, the staff, who were very kind, upgraded our room. The location is great—it's between Formosa Boulevard Station and Kaohsiung Station (a little closer to the latter), so there's no need to change MTR lines.

This hotel is quite busy, likely due to its location at Pier 2, a popular area with tourists. The check-in and check-out process is impressively efficient and automated, taking just a minute, which I appreciated. The breakfast area was definitely the highlight of the stay—there was a great variety of food and coffee, with small changes every day to keep it interesting. The hotel also offers a self-laundry service for TWD100, which is convenient. On the downside, there were a few issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable, as it sank too much, and the bedsheets and towels appeared a bit greyish. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was very mouldy, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
