I checked in on February 17 the heat, phone or electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work.
Will not stay there again.

Upon arrival, staff was super helpful and friendly! This continued throughout our stay as we came and went. Breakfast buffet was decent - a nice perk to the morning. Great location for a baseball or football game, spacious parking lot, clean room and public areas.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast was top notch! The alarm in the room was set for 6am from a previous guest and we got in super late so I didn’t get much sleep at all but if that hadn’t happened it would’ve been seamless. The room was clean and the ac worked well and the bed was comfortable.

We survived the coldest game at Arrowhead, to FREEZE overnight at the hotel. Power outage had folks stuck in the elevator and we couldn’t get the heat to work.

Temperatures outside were -6F with sensation of -25F and the heater was not working and our bedroom temperature was almost 63F that is terrible when you came from the street. The doors and the hallways were very noisy. The only reason I stayed is because of the Chiefs game. Kitchen closes early considering the volume of guests. I have to asked for the sofa bed bedding in front desk and we were 3 and only 2 towels.

Perfect spot to attend games. Walking distance, we even walked during the -10 degree game and it was no issue. They have a cool bar that fills up with fans before and after the game. Staff was great.

The woman who checked me in was AWESOME!! She was by herself because her colleague had just quit, and it was crazy busy with people checking in. I've never seen someone check people in so quickly and efficiently, and she was so pleasant and positive even though she was in the ****s.
