This inviting 2 bedroom and 1 bath Ranch Style house is fully furnished including a washer & dryer.
One bedroom has a King size bed the other bedroom has a Full size bed with a 3D electric fireplace and a large flat screen TV in each room and the Living room.
You're only minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, the Starlight theater, nice shopping areas, the beautiful Plaza, the Chiefs and Royals stadiums!!!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:Please Leave My Home Clean and Orderly as rented out including Dishes and Cookware. The washer and dryer are available for washing towels and linens..Quiet Time is 1 am to 6 am inside or out. The city noise ordinances are in effect for the neighborhood.
Bag all trash and place it in the trash bins.,Absolutely No Smoking or vaping of Any Kind Allowed inside the house!!! No Butts outside.
