Nice and cheap good service

Hotel bello, buon ristorante e dipendenti molto gentili. Il problema è che non si riposa bene in quanto ci sono continuamente party e matrimoni e la musica ad alto volume arriva nelle camere fino a tarda notte. Un hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbe essere molto più silenzioso e tranquillo.

Cibo molto buono e personale gentile. Consigliato. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Sonam e gansham, namrq erano molto gentili e ci hanno fatto passare una bella serata. Abbiamo chiesto cibo non piccante e sono stati bravi con le richieste. Se siete in zona passate a fare un giro

Hotel fantastico situato nella città di Kanpur, dove vi attende un’ottima accoglienza, personale super gentile è sempre disponibile, servizi all’altezza delle aspettative. Camere ben attrezzate, spaziose, è ottima pulizia. Colazione pranzo e cena al ristorante dell’hotel dove Chef Sanjeev Kumar prepara ottimi e deliziosi piatti della cucina locale e non solo! Esperienza da provare se passate nell’Uttar Pradesh!

Staff davvero cordiale, Sonali e Qoushain sono davvero cordiali e disponibili. Sono stato davvero felice di alloggiare in questo meraviglioso hotel, lo consiglierei a tutti sia per una breve esperienza sia per un alloggio più lungo. Nelle vicinanze c’ è un grosso centro commerciale raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio vivamente il ristorante con un servizio impeccabile, Marshall, Namra e Pragati sono davvero persone disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli e il servizio impeccabile. Ringrazio davvero tutto il personale per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità

Ottimo hotel. Ottimo ristorante Purtroppo non è stagione per usare la piscina ma spero a breve (qualche settimana) sarà possibile sfruttare anche questa meraviglia con tutto lo spazio e io pub intorno. Tutto veramente fantastico. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel

Landmark has amazingly courteous executives who made our stay memorable. Priyanka, Aarti, Namra in the pool side restaurant.. Satnam on the front office...people who made us feel comfortable and welcomed in every connect. Sonali, the customer services manager is one of the best managers, I have come across in my all my travels. A big thankyou to these amazing people for a great stay.

The Breakfast had a variety of options. The staffs were great and prompt. Special thanks to Santanu and Priyanka from Hospitality staff. Overall very good experience.Room and ambience were also good. They have also games zone where the children can play. I will come again

Worst hotel Experience Ever! They charge 7500 per night and in return gives the worst possible Experience! I arrive first the boom barrier did not open and my taxi was stuck then they said there is no Electricity! Then I had to walk to the lobby. Then I enquired about Gym timings- They said not operational. Then said I have to wait 5 minutes as none of the systems are working and they can’t generate a room Key. After I waited 30 minutes- They said the same thing that none of the systems are working. Anyways after a long wait of around 40 minutes got my keys. Entered the room with the promise of Pool view room but to my surprise had the worst view ever. Then no towels were kept in the room. Complete Nightmare!

We had a nice experience at the hotel , food was really amazing … sweet gesture of staff at restautant , visiting for the 3rd time at this hotel , room , spa , gym , pool . Kids loved the environment here . Pragati , Aarti from f and b dept , South Indian chef Aniket made our stay fabulous …. ❤️ Staff is very efficient and friendly. Continental breakfast is very good in my opinion (bacon, scambles eggs, bread/toast, cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, ham, cheese. Special thanks to chef Mukesh , Ms Daksha were sweet to remember my b’day .
