Very beautiful view and excellent services. Quick and wonderful service by Balvinder kaur ji at the restaurant. Gymnasium and swimming pool . Very good preparation by chef Anil. Close to mclodganj market and all the major tourist attractions..

Spent a weekend here with family …. Awesome ambience and food Restaurant , food , beverages , deserts and service of the staff was applaudsble Restaurant Staff Balvinder took hospitality one step ahead . Chef Anil too was responsible and responsive

Property is very good place. overall experience was very good. food location room service all superb. I would like to appreciate the sunil he cooperated very good. we did a event there local himacali band experience also nice. if you are doing any event in this property please go for himacali band instead of DJ.

One of the most beautiful and rejuvenating places for a trip. As much as there is to see outside of the hotel, you don't really have to go anywhere. Thoughtful folks, very relaxing and meditative, and it was a pleasure meeting some of the guests.

This is the first Hyatt I have ever visited in India, it is superb. The setting is beautiful and most tranquil. The decor is lovely and the staff is most professional, warm and very caring about the guests. It has many amenities like a beautiful indoor pool and spa. I highly recommend this hotel .

Super Duper Property & Experience. Would Absolutely recommend the property and would also love to go back with Friends & family. The service, hospitality, reception, food, ambience and upkeep of the property, spa & location all are SIMPLY SUPERB.

The pictures don't do the property justice. Not only is setting lovely, the property itself has a unique vibe that makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. The staff is also very friendly and eager to make you happy. It's a great place to spend sometime exploring the areas and disconnecting.

Amazing location and if planning with kids, this is the best place!! All the staff at the hotel are all very welcoming, you never feel out of place. They have 24/7 gym facility and kids room. Very well curated food menu for all (Indian as well as foreigners). Must visit!!

It’s a beautifully done up hotel in the centre of McLeod Ganj and Dharamkot village ( both of which are a 10 minute walk from the hotel) . The hotel also has a drop and pick service at certain time slots to and from McLeodGanj. The Staff is very hospitable and courteous, always greeting you and looking out for you in case you need something. Food is good but could be better. Also the choice of snacks at the high tea in the evenings could be better. I would greatly recommend walking down to Dharamkot next door which has some fabulous cafés and mouth watering deserts!! They have plenty of activities to do like the indoor swimming pool which is very nice, steam and sauna, gym, yoga and sound healing classes in the morning as well as some guided trail walks that take you down to the nearby monastery or the Dharamkot village. They also have a small movie theatre which u can book in advance and watch a movie on netflix ( they pamper u with some popcorn too) It was my daughter’s birthday and the chef very sweetly sent us a Special cake to celebrate!! All In all, we had a beautiful holiday and would love to come back here again. Highly Recommend!!

Excellent Property To Stay In Mcleod Ganj, Breathtaking View, Excellent Service, Amazing Food, Great Cocktail Experience. Special Thanks to Chef ( Naveen & Ankush) for making us eat amazing food. Haspreet At the front desk at the restaurant Thym made sure we get the right table. Nikhil was at his very best to make us try the new Cocktails. Himalayan Band was exceptionally great to make our evening drinking & dancing experience wonderful.

Inspite of not staying at The Hyatt, a simple phone call,a request, about my son's birthday, we were given a taste of a top class care ,these chains are famous for. At the bar, saurabh was serving to our minutest orders. Then the live music,by the Himalayan band. We had the snacks,they were awesome. A special thanks to Ishan Thakur, Amardeep at the reception. Must congratulate the GM Utsa majumdar, good show. Thanks for everything.

Very exellence service provided by Balbir and tarsem ram..I was deeply touched by this resort....next time, m gonna take my family and we are going enjoy once again this beutiful place.....GOOD TO SEE YOU. -----------------------------

I recently stayed at this property for 2 nights to celebrate the starting days of new year but to my surprise the Hotel didn’t stood up to its reputation. The location of the hotel is terrible which makes the transit very challenging. The experience is not worth the prices of the rooms. I had booked a premium room with private garden, but the garden had no view, no lights and no attraction whatsoever. I was very much excited to experience the warm hospitality which was absent even though I am a member of the group. Breakfast spread was also not up to the mark. All in all the hotel is drastically over priced as compared to the experience and service. Very much disappointed

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good and professional staff leads to the best trip. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Aman Kumar in the restaurant gives us the wonderful service ***** with lot of options to have. Long way to go!!!
