Our recent stay at regenta inn luxinna heights mcleodganj left us with mixed feelings. Situated in a bustling location, the hotel is relatively new and boasts cozy rooms. However, the balcony views were disappointing, lacking the charm we had hoped for. Our interaction with the manager at the reception was also a letdown. We booked our stay through mm t without meals included and inquired about complimentary breakfast or discounts upon arrival. Unfortunately, our request was denied. During checkout, we reiterated our request for a discount on the meals we had, only to be told it was too late to accommodate our request, which felt frustrating given our initial inquiry. Overall, while the rooms were comfortable and the hotel itself was new, the lack of accommodating service regarding meals and the indifferent attitude of the manager overshadowed our experience.
