This hotel maybe new and had a few hiccups, but the staff more than makes up for it! Thilini made our check-in a breeze, and Ruwan was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't get a room with a full view of Kandy Lake, but Thilini hooked us up with a partial view that included the beautiful Temple. We were thrilled with it! Every staff member we met was so friendly and attentive, especially at the breakfast buffet and restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The room showed a bit of wear and tear for a hotel only a year old, like a shower that didn't drain completely, but overall, we were very comfortable. A huge shoutout to Thilini and Ruwan for their amazing service. When we were checking out and waiting for our car to Colombo, I accidentally left my handbag with all our passports in the lobby. Just five minutes into our drive, I got several calls from the hotel, which alerted me to the issue. Thilini even called from her personal phone to make sure I got the message. We turned back and got the bag, avoiding a major headache. Thank you, Thilini, for your dedication and care. We had one of the best cappuccino in Sri Lanka here.

BPR Asgiriya is a hidden gem in the busy city of Kandy. The location is great. 5 minutes drive to Dalada Maligawa. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have family suites with adjoining bedrooms and are ideal if you are traveling with grown kids. Food was delicious and they were able to provide us with everything we requested. Mr. Gihan, Mr. Saman, and all the other staff were extremely helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. Mr. Gihian assisted us from day 1 even before we made the reservation by providing us with all the details and answering all of our questions. We will definitely go back there and recommend BPR to our friends who are planning to visit Sri Lanka.

Aprire la stanza è un sapore di lucido, perché la stanza paesaggistica è una parete di tenda. La finestra non può essere aperta. Dopo mezz'ora di apertura, il sapore di lucido è gradualmente dissipato. La posizione non è lontana dal picco della montagna, lontana dal lago Canti, e la scena del tetto non può vedere il lago.Le strutture sono buone, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, il cibo è buono. In generale, non raccomandato.

Stayed 2 nts as part of a group tour. Enjoyed a large sized room with a stunning view andits own balcony. Good aircon and comfy bed. Breakfast is generous with both Western & local food items. The bar staff are enthusiastic & very keen to keep your drinks topped up 🍻. The hotel is only a short tuk tuk ride from downtown. There is a bit of noise from the restaurant upstairs but not a problem really. Make sure you keep your windows closed as the local monkeys will trash your room if you don't 🐒!

Pros: -Grande posizione, bella vista sul fiume - Buffet da pranzo meraviglioso Coni: -Il check-in ha preso quasi un'ora perché non hanno trovato la mia prenotazione. Doveva raggiungere trip.com per aiuto. Questo detto servizio clienti di viaggio è eccellente - Le camere sono vecchie e hanno un odore di muschio.

無變泳池擁有一流的風景，從泳池可以看到Kandy美麗的風景，房間的風景也不錯。到了酒店以後，酒店工作人員會幫忙協助辦理入住，並提供welcome drink，酒店比較大，我入住的房間相對比較遠。房間比較大，三人間有2張拼到一起的床，和一張單人床，足夠三個人睡覺。房間比較大，有空調和風扇，房間的落地窗不錯，有一個小陽台，可以用來發獃。房間不足的地方是的確比較舊，個別毛巾有點黑，而且感覺衛生間馬桶的衛生沒有搞好!在酒店吃了自助晚餐，價格3000多盧比，種類挺多，味道也不錯! 但是自助晚餐不含酒水，飯後需要給一些小費(畢竟這麪是小費國家)。另外補充一句，這個酒店在攜程感覺比其他平台都便宜!
