The hotel needs renovation, the road is very bumpy to the hotel.

Superb property, very neat and clean, staff is excellent especially the resident manager, chef, restaurant captain, housekeeping staff and tea factory lady. All are excellent dedicated staff and helpful. Food was awesome. Very well maintained by all. Very caring and true hospitality. Look forward to visit again with my children and would definitely recommend to all my friends. All the best!

Very Special place, need to experience the ambience, and location in the hills of the Sri Lankan high country.

Amazing property. Has a vibe on its own. The room size isn't that big but they have retained its authentic 100 year old building and converted it into hotel rooms. The 6 course meal was good. The service was excellent. The property itself is a wonder and has so much aroma to it with its multiple parks and events that take place. The spice tea offered as welcome drink was something I have never tasted before and was excellent.

Amazing getaway for families or for pairs that enjoy tea. Reminiscent of Wes Anderson hotel and whilst small, it made the a weekend perfect. As eco friendly as it tries to be, hotel to look into car sharing for drop off and pick up at the train station. A lot of wastage for multiple trips down if the hotel is trying to be earth friendly. Tea taster and service staff are amazing.

Amazing Experience, its an Old hotel but I loved the theme!!

酒店建在整個斯里蘭卡中部海拔最高的茶山上，內部環境很不錯，那個一百多年的電梯非常有感覺。 訂的half board，晚餐和早餐都是自助，晚餐比較有當地特色，但不能算特別好吃。 上茶山的路比較難走，儘量包車前往。

遺產酒店無論從設計上，服務上都一流，特別喜歡這裏的電梯，需要手動開門關門，非常復古，酒店外面有設計迷宮花園，類似愛麗絲仙境的花園小通道，小童樂園，還可以坐在椅子上欣賞雲彩 不過訂房時候需要注意入住人數，訂單上面寫着入住多少人就衹可以多少人，超過人數需要補款，這次不小心訂錯了人數，多給了一些美金，當吸取教訓

在山上，周圍就是農村和茶山。外面的茶山其實不如雲南的茶山開闊大氣。樓板很薄，不隔音。樓上走路樓下咣咣的。單純打卡茶山不如國內。酒店的百年電梯和工廠氛圍可以看看。主要就是一個酒店文化，時間緊沒必要來。或者包車的話可以來打個卡，但是門衞有核對住客訊息。這一塊不保證能讓你進去，要不試試藉口要進去買茶葉呢？酒店的茶葉半斤30元左右。如果當你進去買包茶葉順便打卡，還是可以的。住的話，其實不是特別必要

遺產酒店從不會讓人失望。這家酒店位於茶山上，俯瞰整座茶山景色非常好。包車的司機先生也説這家酒店很有名，他很多客人都會選擇這裏。酒店的裝修很有巧思，每一出都值得細細品味。酒店是老式電梯，工作人員會耐心的教你如果使用～同時酒店還有個小型花園，有很多種類的花和樹木，園丁會很熱情的一一向你介紹。茶山氣候多變，晚上氣温很低，也經常下雨，來的小夥伴一定去記得帶厚衣服，穿羽絨服都可以的哈哈。但是房間裏面有暖氣，不用過多擔心。

這個是此行最推薦的酒店了性價比非常高，酒店是由之前英國人的茶廠改建的，在一片小山上，酒店內部非常有感覺，酒店客房數不多但服務人員很多所以服務很好，酒店內部英式風格很濃郁，幫拿行李的門僮就是電影裏看到的那種纏着頭巾的印度人，酒店裡還有個製茶機器，每天晚上定點運作模擬製茶過程。酒店內的電梯也很有特色，是非常老式的電梯。房間內部非常乾淨，視野也很好能看到茶山，房間內部設施保養的非常好。晚餐有可以點餐可以自助，自助好像是七千盧比一位，不如點餐合適。晚餐還有dress code 需要穿長袖長褲還有不能穿拖鞋。 酒店晚上也冷，夏天的時候晚上也就十幾度，屋裡有暖氣，出不了酒店，太冷。

超愛這家酒店，除了上山有點費勁，其他沒毛病，山上真的很冷，山下熱的不行山上都得穿外套。最喜歡那個復古電梯，還有意思，需要手動關門，晚餐前復古機器也會運轉起來，很有意思，就是聲音比較響。酒店還有特殊的歡迎儀式，給我頭上點了一點黃色的液體，還給我了一把香料和糖的混合物，還有一杯特殊飲料。
