We have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

Lovely hotel with a stunning view on the river. The pool was greatc and the service exceptional. Lots of choice for food, although quite expensive. It was delicious, though. Room was a bit too small for me.

The U Inchantree exceeded my expectations. The hotel grounds are spacious and well looked after. The deluxe room is very large and has all the modern amenities. Aircon worked well. Rain shower has good pressure. Breakfast spread is good for the price. Many hot dishes as well as a made to order egg station. Location is also just a stone's throw from the River Kwai bridge. Great stay overall.

Beautiful hotel with big shady trees and good service staff. The room is clean and has complete amenities. Delicious breakfast with the view of the river and the bridge.

U inchantree is the best accommodations where I ‘ve never been it before in Kanchanaburi. Reasons are location, cleanliness, feel like your home and super friendly host. Location: This place is located closed city center and attraction places. It was easily for transportation. Moreover, This place also closed to local markets ,supermarkets and 24hr. Mart. You can find anything you want at there: fresh food, restaurants, bakeries,..etc. Cleanliness: The place was very clean in all rooms, bedrooms ,bathrooms and balcony. The last important things why the place is perfect place in Kanchannaburi. Because of the staffs is so nice and friendly . They are very friendly and helpful. These are all reasons which I can said the U Inchantree is PERFECT.

Fabulous hotel . Everything’s good Near to the Kwai Bridge & nice view

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. However, the space was a bit tight, which made it a little inconvenient to move around with luggage. Despite this, the breakfast was fantastic. The variety of options and fresh ingredients made it the perfect way to start the day near by river!

The first room we received had a leak coming from the light fixture above the shower. Both rooms were incredibly small. I use CPAP machine and there was very little space to place the maching next to the bed. We had a very difficult time placing and accessing two suitcases in the rooms. The shower was well designed, no water going out of the shower and into the bathroom proper. They were one of the few hotels in Thailand that I have stayed at to have a washcloth.

It was great having a night here. So calm so peaceful. I was surprised by hotel service. The amazing morning scenery, breakfast in front of the kwai river.
