Le camere sono confortevoli con buon doccia e acqua calda .Il colazione è buona con la scelta alimentare indiana. Il personale è amichevole e pronto ad aiutare. Chiedo al personale di tenere la casa per farmi un asciugacapelli e il personale l'ha organizzato entro pochi minuti. Buona esperienza generale

We booked a one bedroom apartment. It was agreed in writing by email. On arrival on the agreed date we were told there were no one bedroom apartments available until the next day. So we were given a studio for the night. It was agreed there was no charge for that first night. The next day we went into a one bedroom apartment. It was reasonably OK but nothing in the kitchen actually worked. The cooker didn’t work. A cupboard door fell off. The oven didn’t work and so on. We were given a two ring gas hob as a temporary solution but it took up what little available space we had on the worktop. Despite being promised the cooker would be sorted the next day we were stuck with the “temporary” solution till we left. 13 days before our month was up, we asked to move to a two bedroom apartment. Staff were happy to arrange that but I was asked to pay $700 for the upgrade. I pointed out that $700 was the difference between a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment for the whole month. Surely as there were only 13 days left in our stay it would be fairer to pay, say, $350, instead of a full month’s difference of $700. This was out of the question, apparently. So, I told them we would leave at the end of the month instead of extending it to two months. We picked a two bedroom apartment with a washing machine. Big mistake. Not only did the washing machine not work but neither did both ovens nor the toaster etc. the “washing machine specialist” who came round was a 16 year old girl armed with just a screwdriver. She confirmed the washing machine was faulty - something we already knew. Next day two men came round to fix it. When we got back there was a note to say it had all been sorted. It hadn’t. It was still broken. So we complained again. The following morning, SEVEN people turned up with another washing machine. This one worked but, unfortunately the entire control panel was in Chinese with no English at all. The fridges in our original apartment and this later one had touch screen control panels but they were entirely in Chinese. I discovered they were also counterfeit LG fridges but that’s another story. We were given the temporary gas rings we had in the last apartment as the hobs didn’t work here either. So, when our month was up they were very surprised we were leaving. “What about your second month?” I was asked. Hmmm I thought I’d made it quite clear we weren’t staying when charged $700 for 13 days’ upgrade. So, nice location. But, we won’t be back any time soon.

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, si prega di chiedere il lato del campo da golf per evitare il rumore dal traffico. L'interno delle camere è perfetto, bel bagno, acqua calda, asciugacapelli e tela. L'unica cosa irritante era ordinare cibo via intercom, il ristorante non era amichevole e sembrava combattere con l'inglese. Ho chiesto di usare i bicchieri di vino dal bar, ma è stato chiesto di pagare 10.000 per usare i bicchieri di vino. During the COVID curfew time (7pm), you will struggle to access an open supermarket coz it’s CBD area. Mi piacerebbe assolutamente controllare in qualsiasi momento.Il prezzo è stato sorprendentemente basso coz Ho prenotato online al trip.com

From the security to the front desk staff and other staff at large. They were super helpful. I would say like a hive mind all up to one task and that’s to assist and make one feel at home. I don’t remember all names but the housekeeping team was super clean. Grace at the restaurant was just amazing.Definitely coming back !!!!

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel tulip dorato è stato davvero bello. Mi sono servito il mio riposo veloce in tempo. La mia stanza è stata pulita in tempo con tutto quello che era necessario. E mi sono davvero divertito tutto in questo hotel grazie tante a voi che sono stato controllato in tempo durante il mio soggiorno.

Overall excellent. staff, food, service, staff behaviour, property ,etc etc , I would like to suggest to everyone that please stay here, & enjoy the quality time in the hotel, its look like heaven.Superb place to stay n enjoy ur quality time with ur special 1. Superb dinner n awesome breakfast. Superb cleanliness n peaceful atmosphere. Surely going to visit again whenever I come there

I stayed at the Fairway twice, in November and December 2024. Once in the standard, and once in the deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are definitely nicer, and the room I had was in a wing of the hotel that seemed to have been updated. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well-equipped, and there is a hook for mosquito nets if you need them. I'm not sure the provided in-room plug-in mosquito repellents do much if anything. The breakfast area in the Asian fusion restaurant/bar was excellent, as were the meals we had there - the food was of a good standard and arrived quickly. The gym at the hotel is of a good size and has a wide range of weights and cardio machines, but some of the cardio ones (treadmills, bikes) seemed not to work when I was there. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it was easy to book Ubers from this location.

Il cibo cinese è buono a Kampala, un po'costo. Anche se nel centro della città, è difficile comprare qualcosa intorno a lui. Devi prendere un auto (una persona può prendere un giro)
