Sono appena rientrato da faliraki dove ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 18 al 25 agosto... ci sono tante cose che vorrei dire x far capire a chi legge cose va e cosa non va in questa struttura... nn è di certo il mio primo viaggio e per questo mi permetto di fare qualche appunto.... Pago un all inclusive insieme alla mia famiglia che sarebbe dovuto partire dalla CENA DEL GIORNO DI ARRIVO ma cosi nn è stato... arrivati in struttura alle 21 50 ci viene detto che la il ristorante è aperto fino alle 21 30 (ma in quel momento c era ancora gente seduta ai tavoli) e che doveva provvedere da soli...anzi no che potevamo prebdere una pizza pagandola .... e vabbe usciaml e ceniamo al primo risto che troviamo (avendo anche una bimba di 3 anni che aveva molta fame)... riceviamo le chiavi e appena entriamo in stanza ci accorgiamo subito della presenza di formiche e della mancata chiusura del frigorifero con seguente perdita di acqua... il giorno successivo chiedo spiegazioni in merito alla pulizia stanze ed al cambio asciugamani (parlo anche del frigo) ma mi vien detto che le stanze e asciugamani vengono lavate/cambiati ub gg si e uno no e che x il frigo avrebbero risolto il prima possibile.... Arrivo giovedi sera passa il venerdi ed il sabato sera (la mattina avevano pulito la stanza senza cambiare gli asciugamani) ritorno in reception e chiedo se fosse possibile darci degli asciugamani xche nn sapevamo come asciugarci... la ragazza in reception capisce subito si scusa e provvede subito a fornirci asciugamani puliti MA ALL ARRIVO DELLA NON SO CREDO LA TITOLARE (signora piu anziana degli altri) succede l assurdo... si arrabbia grida mi attacca xche secondo lei era tutto architettato da me x avere altri asciugamani oltre a quelli che secondo lei mi avrebbero cambiato il sabato mattina.... provo a spiegarle chr si sbagliava ma lei con un arroganza unica mi fa andare via .... Il frigo lo vengono a visionare il mercoledi pomeriggio (nn l hanno ugualmente sistemato) CAPITOLO CIBO CHI scrive che il cibo è accettabile credo abbia seri problemi... Ogni giorno sempre le stesse cose dalla colazione alla cena Colazione Uova fagioli wrustel cornetti congelati biscotti pane torta al cioccolato e salumi Pranzo e cena Pasta MEGLIO SE NN COMMENTO secondi Pollo ogni giorno Carne immangiabile Pesce (solo 1 volta ma cmq immangiabile) patatine fritte formaggi ed insalate... nn è la quantita ma la qualita che è veramente Bassa... La struttura è carina le piscine sono curate idem i giardini ci sn 1 tavolo da ping pong gratuito (storto) 1 da carambola (1 euro a partita) All inclusive (se cosi vogliamo chiamarlo) comprende solo alcune cose, altre tipo LO SPRITZ lo devi pagare a parte... se vai alle 22 31 spengono pure i dispenser... Avrei voluto mettere piu stelle ma x il cibo e la signora delle reception nn potrei farlo... Ps peccato perche la struttura ripeto nn è male anzi.

Buon pomeriggio....vi racconto un po la nostra esperienza....arrivo in hotel il giorno 18 agosto alle ore 21.50 ....ci rechiamo in reception con 3 bambini la più piccola non ha ancora compiuto 3 anni...chiediamo la possibilità di cenare e ci dicono che non è possibile è che se avessimo voluto potevamo solo prendere una pizza dal bar pagandola..... perché la cucina era già chiusa....Quindi decidiamo di uscire e mangiare fuori.... I giorni seguenti capiamo che il cibo è pessimo anche a colazione (immangiabile) Alle ore 22.30 non hai neanche la possibilità di bere dai dispenser Pulizie stanze : in una settimana la puliscono 2 volte e devi utilizzare sempre quei asciugamani per più giorni finché nn ti vengono a pulire la stanza e a quel punto ti cambiano anche gli asciugamani .....non c'è neanche la possibilità di uno stendino per poter asciugare la roba ....se volevi asciugare qualcosa le dovevi appoggiare sulle sedie..... Struttura carina!

Hi tsampika ,ste and daughters and team thank you for are wonderful holiday August 2021 even though we was in the middle of a pandemic we got treated like royalty this was are 3 visit to the stamos and 18th to Rhodes . It is not expensive to stay there the food is great as are the facilities. We absolutely love the place . Take no notice of some reviews I have read but they are just not right are stay is wonderful and always has been . Tsampika bent over backwards to make are stay wonderful . We went out most days travelling the island . The beaches are fabulous. Faliraki is about 10 minutes walk way and it’s a place you must go too . The atmosphere is second to non . We hire a car of Gallis rent a car who is in kalithea . He like every other person in Greece can’t do enough. The food in the stamos is good and varied you will never go hungry . The room are spotlessly clean and well serviced . The pools are brilliant as are the sunbeds which are plentiful . The stamos is centrally located and can go to most places . Once again I can’t recommend this hotel more highly I can say it from experience,I have been to a large number of hotels which may were five star and never enjoyed them as much as I have in the stamos so much so we are returning again in August for 2 weeks and I know we will be well looked after ,so see you soon folks .

Good hotel, ideally located for enjoying the nightlife in Faliraki and when your all iinclusive ends at 22.30 you can take a short 5/10 minute walk into town. There are 3 pools at this complex and the Lounge Pool has padded sunloungers around it. The other pools do have sun loungers around them but they are not padded. (1 of the pools is a children's one) Food is OK, but desserts tend to be the same every day. Ice cream is available at both lunch and dinner times. There is entertainment throughout the day in terms of volleyball and water polo and this is just starting up for the summer season, along with evening entertainment.

I understand that this place may be quite tempting because of how cheap it is, but I would seriously recommending spending a little bit more money and going somewhere else. After a week at Stamos Hotel I felt like I was starting to lose the plot… Sleep deprived due to the incredibly rude cleaners that come shouting and banging down the corridors at 7am every morning, and the mattress being made of concrete. The one redeeming factor is that they make a good Greek salad. The rest of the food is slop. They also serve every drink in plastic cups which is obviously horrendous for the environment. I must have consumed about 120 plastic cups in the 7 days I spent here. There’s a really bad stench around the place - due to bad sewage. People leave their towels on the good sunbed spots all week meaning that the only places you can ever sun bathe is in a grubby little garden area, which is where the smell seems to be the worst. The only enjoyment I had on this trip is when I left the hotel. Definitely won’t be returning.

Very welcoming, food was good, loads of options. Lovely salads, selection of meats like ribs, duck, chicken, soup section, deserts fruit you name it. Help yourself to drinks all day. Room was nice , air con, clean towels and sheets every day. Pools were nice, loads of sunbeds and the place was nice and clean. Handy shop across the road. I'd definitely come back

This is a good hotel , the staff work hard and the hotel is always improving even throughout our stay . We stayed in a complex up the road from the hotel ( we got a deal with loveholidays all inclusive so fair enough , was lovely and quiet and the ac was heavenly , … seemed like they ran out of money to put a complete finish on it but we were happy enough , comfortable beds , cleaned most days , everything you need as a base . Food was tasty , Meat on offer was always tender and a very good choice /sekectin every day , was impressed with roast duck and king prawns offered up some of the days always fresh and great selection which I’m sure is difficult to suit most people but I always enjoyed the meals /kudos to the chef and kitchen staff , Greek food is lovely and greek night every wed was lovely to see how the Greeks celebrate their culture andthe staff get involved in dancing on the night , it’s a good laugh Entertainment ha , a cocky lil English bloke who delights in slagging young women off , not my taste in humour , bingo is a total fix 😂always seems to. Be his mate of the moment who wins 😂 , they could ditch him and get someone in with a bit of class , definitely need more umbrellas around both pools !!! It’s a little Bit irresponsible to NOT provide shade in a country so hot at times , all in all a great holiday enjoyed by my family of six . Thank you stamos ps none of the toilet doors lock ahhh and bar staff seem standoffish BUT they seem to have a constant stream of us greedy all inclusivers so I can’t really blame them 😂

Stayed as a solo traveller. Hotel very clean, cleaners and reception staff are nice. Bar staff are rude and looked down on me as a solo traveller, especially the one who sits at end of bar..Made me feel uncomfortable with his dirty looks. Just because I am a solo travel. Not sure what his problem was. I paid for my holiday and came to relax.

The room was surprisingly a good standard. Nice and clean However, The food was poor. There was no flavour and the food was freezing even when brought straight from kitchen The sunbeds are poor and uncomfortable. The sunbeds are in a bad layout. The animator Louis was amazing, we could see he tried his best with a major lack of resources. For example when he did his own karaoke the speaker was horrendous with no sound quality and broken bass. The activity’s he did were always fun but other guests would not want to participate. If the above isn’t fixed we definitely won’t be staying here again

We had a lovely week in this hotel. On arrival the reception ladies sorted out a problem we had with our booking. We had made the mistake and they were so kind and understanding. I was on holiday with my granddaughter and great grandson. The room was perfect for our needs, food was great for a 3 star hotel, lovely complex, near to beach, shops and bars. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel surprisingly good. Lady at check in very friendly. Rooms basic, safe in wardrobe that you pay extra for. Shower decent. Couldn't see over balcony when seated which was a bit of a pain. Food ok for the price. Something for everyone. Repetitive but to be expected for the price. Pools are lovely! Inflatables allowed. They are a bit cold at first but definitely warm up as the day goes on. More sunbeds and parasols needed by the lounge pool. Entertainment admittedly wasn't very good. The bloke running it had a bit of an attitude problem if I'm being honest. This deffo needs improvement. Altogether though a decent holiday for a good price x

We arrived in Stamos without any special expectations as we have previously been unlucky with our all inclusive stay in other countries. (Both 4 and 5 stars) We were greeted by a very nice lady at the reception who made sure we had everything we needed. We got free beach towels and the room was cleaned every day even though it said when we booked that it is only washed 2 times and that towels must be brought. Over the next few days, we could choose between several zones to swim in, a pool bar serving refreshing drinks and a buffet which for us was very good with new dishes every day and a varied selection of food for the whole family. The staff were pleasant, the entertainment was decent and both adults and children enjoyed themselves together with the other families. In addition, the beach and the center are only a short walk away and here you will find everything you need, whether you want to have a quiet day at the beach, a boat trip, shopping, food or a playground for the children. Looking at what we got for the money, this was 10/10 for us. We hope to be able to return to this lovely place! Thanks! - Lotte, Raven and Morten.

I highly recommend this hotel the staff and owners are always friendly and helpful rooms spacious very clean food is good always lots of choice I would say this hotel should be 4 star not 3 as advertised 3 very clean pools absolutely loved it stayed for 2 weeks

Another return trip to this fantastic family run all inclusive hotel. We went for a family room, which is brilliant if you have young children. A separate room with two single beds perfect for young families. The food choice was varied but with enough constants for the little ones. We particularly enjoyed the Greek night where the food such as stuffed vine leaves and mousaka was great! There are now three pools including a kids pool which is not very deep between 45/60cms, which is great to let the kids paddle about in. They also have a lovely long pool- new this or last year I think, which is lovely and quite perfect to get away to for an hour or so! I love the mix of ages who visit here, older couples and groups, young families and young couples and friends alike. Really nice to see a great selection of people visiting Faliraki for its fantastic beach, lovely restaurants and bars, shops and general atmosphere! Everyone is very friendly with Stamos, Crysula and Tina working hard to make our holiday the best! Would highly recommend, looking forward to booking again!
